More than likely no. We will get note 5 icons but no theme engine.
Most probably we will get everything other than theme engine....
We might get a theme engine because the beta for the s5 has one on it

There's no theme engine in the Marshmallow leaked build for the S5. We don't even know if the new UI (theme-able or not) will be available for 2014 devices.
It wasn't included in the Note 4 leak that everybody wants to believe is fake even though it was real.
The marshmallow leaks for note 4 was so sluggish to be true , or i hope so

And ugly. It was like they took the worst parts of the Note 4 touchwiz and added in the worst parts of Note 5 touchwiz.
I'm pretty much done with Samsung after this.
Dont give up guys, XDA is always there to fill the feature gap that miss from official updates. If Official update don't have the theme store, get a Note5 port rom.
It will be a shame that A series have the latest version of tw including theme engine and we are not .
Also when the note 4 released , after couple months the tw version and all features of it had launched to the note 3
