Please try and flash this rom: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=13046
You need to use TWRP recovery 2.6.3.3 to flash it which you can get here: https://dl.twrp.me/m7/twrp-2.6.3.3-m7.img
If it works report back and i'll tell you what to do next.

thanks for the reply seanie im downloading that now, not a great connection so may take a while, i forgot to mention earlier that the baseband version on that was changerdf from 4A-21.3263.04 somehow although i cant remember how i did it dont know how much difference that makes. i only know that because i wrote it all down about a week ago . anyhow ill give those a whirl and get back to you in a bit mate.

ok seanie so the install went through without a hitch via adb sideload using specified recovery i saved the install log but it didnt seem to have any errors or problems, i got all exited when i saw the htc beats audio screen but now its just looping between that and the green htc logo screen. (just as a sidenote the only rom ive managedc to get past a bootloop is HTC-ONE-M7_GPE-5.1_LITE_CMERT_v1.1.zip but it freezes and rebbots at android is upgrading apps screen usually about 9 of 51) dont know if that helps at all with whats going on.

trouble is, if you downloaded a recent rom, then chances are its a lollipop custom rom, and that's never going to work properly on your phone with your current firmware, its too old.
if that rom boots up ok and is usable, try and get s-off using rumrunner, the rest is easy from there: http://rumrunner.us/
I'm interested to know how you managed to change the baseband, that's basically the radio, have you been trying to flash firmware files ?, it could also be the reason your phone is rebooting all the time, theres not a lot of files about for orange branded phones for some reason.

nothing boots ok as for the radio i managed to get it bavck to original, just downloaded radio from a thread on here pushed to sdcard and installed its now back to original. ? should i not be able to do that?

Try this Stock Clockwork mod Nandroid http://www.htc1guru.com/dld/m7-cwm-nandroid-backup-cid-orang001-2-24-61-1-zip/
You will need to flash CWM Recovery to use it. Extract the zip then copy the folder to your Clockwork mod backup folder on the devices internal storage. Then restore the backup from the recovery menu.
If that runs stable, I also recommend you use rum runner to get s-off, as it will give you way more options. And rum runner is free to use. If your firmware is updated you'll have to use Sunshine which costs $25. Better to get it out the way now

i did try that nandroid which incidently is actually a twrp copy (if you open the folder its got boot.emmc.img which im pretty sure is twrp) anyhow i tried it with both recoveries and along with the only other available nandroid backup about 5 other custom roms that i thought i could use, and the only one i can get to work is cm-12.1-20150422-UNOFFICIAL-m7.zip with cw recovery and gapps i even managed to run rumrunner with it but keep getting to pouring 1 and WTF .then it finishes with no S-off. its doing my nut in now, either im being extremely stupid or theres something wrong with this m7.am i missing something obvious? im following the correct procedure its just very odd.

Okay can you with cm 12 go to Settings>About>Phone Identity. Is the IMEI displayed correctly in there?
Also check Settings>About>Software Information>More. Is the baseband displayed correctly there?
Do you have mobile service with CM12?

This is a very strange problem, I can see though you flashed a developer edition firmware, its changed your HBOOT to 1.56 and now the only way to get s-off will be to use sunshine which will cost $25, also strange the flash worked as you are s-on.
both rumrunner and sunshine require as close to stock as possible rom to be installed on your phone to work, starting to look more and more like a hardware problem.

I don't have a main version number, must have deleted it!!! Also, my superSU and superuser app don't work - I don't have the correct binaries.
I am a noob and now am stuck with what to do next. If any one could help it would be muchly appreciated.
Thanks.

I din't understand what you are asking here.
So correct me if i am wrong, you wan't to flash the required firmware you want.. ryt?
if that's the case, you will have to S-off your device
follow the steps here and S-OFF
rumrunner.us
EDIT:
i just realized that you don't have the firmware version being displayed, i will look for some alternative and get back to you
Thank Prash8429, any guidance is most welcome. I've been going round in circles for days.

[Q] Unroot

Hello All,
Read so many different posts regarding this I have a headache. Looking to unroot my HTC One (Which never successfully rooted anyway and wouldn't let me run apps such as DSploit saying it wasn't rooted but can no longer update via OTA so guess it needs flashing).
I have relocked the bootloader using fastboot oem lock
I have tried using one RUU I found but this failed: RUU_M7_UL_JB_50_HTC_Europe_1.28.401.7_Radio_4A.13.3231.27_10.31.1131.05_release_310878_signed

you will either need to push this file to your internal storage, OR, if your still able to boot to your rom, plug in your phone and then copy it to your internal storage.
then using a custom recovery like TWRP, flash it like you would do with a custom rom, make sure when prompted in the aroma installer, you select wipe data, install stock radio and install stock recovery, once its done and your phone is back on you should get working OTA's, next time, MAKE A BACKUP.

Hi, my mobile is not properly rooted, no matter what I try I cant fix it. Towel root shows SU Access but No root. When I run the app and make it rain, it momentarily appears to give me root as I can run dsploit. Very soon after, or after a manual restart, its gone again.
Don't I need root to even run a RUU file?
How the hell can this be fixed. Agreed I should have run a backup, lesson learned
Phone is still working just cant get OTA updates, or run my favourite app DSPloit
Thanks for your help, I do appreciate your time
Carl
Thanks!
Im back in business now, thanks a lot. Big special thanks to Crushalot also

[Q] Flashed the wrong radio, need help

Hello There,
I have AT&T m7 and recently just S-OFF
I upgraded from 4.4.2 to the 7.15.401.1 firmware in order to flash the GPE 5.1 rom
But now it looks like I flashed the wrong radio or baseband because my cellular data is no longer working (althought I can still make calls)
Here is the output before I began:

Hello There,
I have AT&T m7 and recently just S-OFF
I upgraded from 4.4.2 to the 7.15.401.1 firmware in order to flash the GPE 5.1 rom
But now it looks like I flashed the wrong radio or baseband because my cellular data is no longer working (althought I can still make calls)
Here is the output before I began:

You flash stock RUU.exe
Sent from my HTC One using XDA Free mobile app
I did not flash the RUU, I had flashed the firmware 7.15.401.1 from https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1LQDLpVZYyUpXPgC2sh1BvAS9Oo8B-fTiZU_JhpIH-fU/pubhtml#
And I am thinking that I overwrote the radio with a version that is not proper for my phone.
But I dont really have alot of knowledge about this so please advise me.

it wont effect your phone in that way, if you have signal, then go into your apn settings and reset them to defaults, you will then be taken to the first start up page again and have to select your operator again from the list of available operators, like you did when you first got the phone or when you install a new rom.
remove you IMEI and Serial number from your first post, its not good to post them, they guy who quoted you will also need to do the same.

Are you certain about this? The fastboot output indicates that the baseband has changed since I flashed the new firmware

just try it, its not going to hurt, just goto settings - mobile data - access point names - (3dot menu in the top right corner) select that and then select reset defaults.
Of course the baseband has changed, the newer firmware had a newer radio file in it, its not a radio file like your thinking though, its more of a software controller for a piece of hardw2are in your phone, just like every piece of hardware on your computer needs a driver, so does your phone.
The 401 firmware you flashed is basically WWE (World Wide English), if it had messed up you'd probably be hard bricked.

THanks, for explaining that to me
I just tried the same sim card in my galaxy s3 mini (unlocked) and it doesnt work in that phone at all (no calls or data). I think the sim may be defective, will get a new one and try again.
Thanks for your help
Edit: I did as you said in the m7 and even did a factory reset to make sure and results where the same. Looks like I got a bad sim card
@ Seanie280672: Thanks for your help bro
It just started working again after I installed ViperRom 7
Strange thing, just started working out of the blue but I am happy that is is resolved

I Need help for my messed up hct one M7

Once I noticed that since my m7 is becoming older (2 years already) and no more OTA coming, I decided to root so I can run better roms. Too proud to be thinking doing it all on my own, I am getting old as well...
The fact of the onboard memory, in stead of sdcard, has necked me. I think I screwed up by flashing a wrong boot.img.
I tried the RUU.exe, it starts hopeful, but keeps coming with wrong image error.
I am feeling that I'm close, but I can't get it back to work.
I don't have money or tits, but I hope some of you dudes can help me out with this?
ps: all that's on my internal memory now is gapps, CWM and a not functioning nor installing cm12 zips

First, flash https://www.dropbox.com/s/10oetfued23psx2/twrp-2.8.7.0-m7.img?dl=0 via fastboot. Then when you boot into recovery, wipe everything except internal storage, then flash ROM.zip and gapps.zip. Reboot and enjoy
YES! That did the trick, I saw some "unconditional" file creation scrolling by, so this twrp-2.8.7.0-m7.img is powerful!
Thank you very much!

Help - Multiple Issues (No Baseband No Imei and cannot flash stock roms)

I've searched and tried everything before posting, I must be missing something.
A brief background is a while back I tried flashing CM12.1 and when I did I lost my baseband(baseband unknown) and IMEI unknown, therefore I tried to flash back to stock using an official RUU.exe, but wound up in a bootloop (wiped dalvik). I was unable to boot into recovery because my volume down button did not work.
Recently I replaced the Flex board for the volume button and tried to get the phone operational again thinking that if I flash a stock rom it would give me back my baseband and imei, but I cannot flash anything stock. If I flash anything stock I wind up in a bootloop, I've tried RUU.exe's, RUU.zip's, Nandroid Backups, etc. sometimes I get "System Process not responding" message, not sure of the exact message but it gives me a choice to "wait" or "ok", but just shuts down after making either selection. I recently was able to get a little further with a development rom, in which I made it to the android unlock screen, but as soon as went to unlock it the phone rebooted.
I've tried all of this with the bootloader locked and locked, cleaning the dalvik and other caches. I've performed complete wipes with SuperWipe, but the problem still persists, I cannot flash anything Stock. I am able to flash Android Revolution HD 93.0, but still no baseband or IMEI.
The phone is S-Off
Any Ideas what I am doing wrong?

I don't know if anyone can help me or if there is much support here anymore, but here is an update.
After I posted my original message I noticed that there was something wrong with the bootloader variables, I've fixed by flashing an FUU and matching RUU. I still have the Unknown Baseband and Unknown IMEI in Revolution HD. With the stock RUU I flashed along with the FUU I still get a bootloop. I am able to get past it by holding the volume up or volume down for Safe Mode during the boot process, but as soon as I unlock the screen I am brought back to white HTC boot screen.
Here are the updated bootloader vars:

isnt ARHD 93.0 require lollipop firmware, so your bootloader must be 1.61?
Thanks I will try and flash tomorrow and report back.

I flashed the FUU that contained Hboot 1.61 and ARHD93, but still have the same issues with the Unknown Baseband and IMEI.
