First you need to backup your original logo so you can go back easily
* Backup Logo *
Things you gonna need:
1) Busybox installed (Stericson is recommended)
2) Any terminal emulator
Instructions
1. Download terminal emulator
2. install and open terminal emulator
3. Type SU And press enter ( back space )
4. Give root access
5. Now Type Or Copy Past This Command in terminal emulator :
dd if=/dev/block/mmcblk0p11 of=/sdcard/backups/logo.bin
6. Now Press Enter (Back Space)
7. Now You Can See Your logo.bin Backuped in sdcard>backups>
8. Save Your Backup on PC for safety (Optional)
* Restore or Flash New Logo *
Method 1 ( Using Terminal Emulator)
1. Download logo as you want from below
2. Extract it
3. Place your Original or New logo.bin in sdcard>backups>
4. Open Terminal Emulator
5. Type Su and press enter
6. Type or copy past this command in terminal emulator :
dd if=/sdcard/backups/logo.bin of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p11
7. Now press enter
8. Done your backup is restored or Flashed new one
Method 2 ( using custom Recovery )
(1) For Flash New Logo
1. Download logo as you want from below
2. Boot into recovery and Flash it
3. Done
(2) For Restore Original Logo
1. Download Flash Zip
2. Extract it And Place Your original logo.bin in Extracted folder ( not in META-INF Folder )
3. Compress MATA-INF and logo.bin in to Zip file
4. Boot into recovery and Flash it
5. done your Backup is Restored

How to use:
1. Boot to recovery (TWRP OR CWM)
2. Select Install.
3. Choose IND_TechNitiUm Boot Animation Pack.
4. The Aroma Installer will start, so just choose the preferred boot animation and hit next.
5. Your Bootanimation will be installled.
6. ENJOY
Well these boot animation are tested and they are awesome but i dont hold any guarantee for them to work on your device. And i am not responible for Bricked phones. Also my phone is a Lenovo A536 with a 5 inch screen so they work perfectly on it , but they may not be scaled on your device.

Today i Will share my BootLogo Maker Tool
Kalvin Bootlogo Maker Tool CherryMobile G1 / GeneralMobile 4g / i-mobile IQ II (Seed) (QCOMM)
Instructions :
1. First download the tool from the link provided
2. Extract the installer from the zip,then run it check the license agreement first,
it will run on 32 bit & 64 bit Windows system,
after installation run the ReadMe file,
3. The default location of the folder after installation is
C:\Kalvin BootLogo Maker (SEED)\
,its on you where you want to install the tool
4. After installation go to the folder you will see the application
BootLogo Maker Tool.exe ,put your logo.png in the folder you can drag your logo.png
to BootLogo Maker Tool.exe or you can just run the BootLogo Maker Tool.exe
Dont forget to put your logo.png in the folder,image is not exceeding 200kb
if the image exceeds to 200kb , you have to compress your image first
5. After you Drag the logo .png or you just run the app, the splash.img will be generated
6. Now you can flash the generated splash.img via fastboot
Code : fastboot flash splash splash.img
or zip it to flash via twrp ,i will provide the empty zip,just put the generated splash
on zip and flash via TWRP,

Guide How to flash recovery -
Boot into fastboot( Power off> connect to pc> Hold volume down+Power button)
Now extract the recovery zip in desktop
Go to the extracted folder there u will find a folder named data enter the data folder now once you are in that folder press and hold the shift key and right-click in the blank area , now select open camand window here.
Now u r in CMD enter the following code.
(Don't change any thing)
type - fastboot devices
(check if it shows any device if shows then process further or else install adb system wide properly)
type - fastboot flash recovery_ramdisk recovery.img
(this will flash the twrp in ur system)
type - fastboot reboot.
How to flash GSI system image? -
copy the downloaded rom image file to the extracted recovery folder
now once you are in that folder press and hold the shift key and right-click in the blank area , now select open camand window here.
Now u r in CMD enter the following code.
(Don't change any thing)
type - fastboot devices
(check if it shows any device if shows then process further or else install adb system wide properly)
type - fastboot -w
(this will wipe everything from your phone so before doing this take backup)
type - fastboot flash system RROS.img
(this will flash the rom)
when flash is finished
type - fastboot reboot.
now press & hold power button + volume up to go to recovery
once u r in twrp select wipe> do normal factory reset(no advance)
then go back twrp home select mount de-select mount partitions read-only and tick every partition
now go back to twrp home select Install> select gapps zip file> swipe to install
after installing gapps do a normal factory reset and reboot
HERE IS THE TRICKY PART
AFTER REBOOTING SYSTEM HUWAIE eRECOVERY WILL ASK TO FORMAT THE DATA PARTITION , DO THAT, AFTER THAT IT MAY AGAIN TAKE YOU TO TWRP DO A SIMPLE FACTORY RESET AND REBOOT SYSTEM
NOW GIVE IT SOME TIME TO BOOT UP
To gain root access in this rom follow this process-

Yureka Black OS
If you are using yureka black os, click mount via twrp, click system and then click advanced click on file manager and then go to system/system/media section and delete the bootanimation zip file and then discard the bootanimation file you want and reboot. This is only for yureka black os.
Android 11
If you are using android 11 rom, go to file manager via twrp, go to system/system/media section and delete the boot animation zip file from there and throw the new boot animation file.
Android 10
If you are using android 10 rom, go to file manager via twrp, go to system/system/product/media section and delete the boot animation zip file from there and throw the new boot animation file.
