Does someone know why it is when i unlock my phone the bing search screen is there....9times out of 10 this happens,its beginning to annoy me now is there a way to turn that off?

Hey people. I have a problem with my HTC One. I cannot figure out how to access Google Now when my phone is locked. I am using a pattern lock as I have experienced pocked dials and such from my phone, but when i hold my headset button it does not start Google Now. I find this pretty annoying as i would like to be able to access my phone while biking and such. Anyone konow of a solution?
I recently upgraded my Lumia 620 to GDR2 Amber by flashing another, Finish I think, ROM. All works fine, including the glance screen and I even got the automatic time setting that was lacking to my original ROM. (Don't know if that's due to the update or just the ROM being another one.
However, I'm still lacking the double tap to unlock feature. Should I try to find some other ROMs or could getting the next update of Display+Touch from a, let's say, Lumia 820 and installing it through my microSD card do the trick?
I don't think it's worth trying with another firmware for now. I flashed the French then Swedish firmware on my Lumia 620 and there's also no double tap to wake even with display+touch and all other system apps updated.

I believe Nokia has purposely disabled the Double tap to wake function on Lumia 620.
The function pops up just for a second when the touch settings is selected. Managed to get a photo of the same.
I have it on my Lumina 822 and it doesn't work all that great, I have to tap it 4 or 5 times (sometimes more) for it to wake up from it's stupor. Some times I even have to tap it really hard over and over before it wakes up and sometimes the lock screen doesn't respond so you guys aren't really missing out on too much.
Hello there, I bought a wallet cover to my Lumia 920 (if needed, google it, i couldn't post the link) and I wanna know if there's any way to lock/unlock the screen without pressing any button, just openning/closing the cover. Maybe something that works with call sensor that turns the screen off when near the ear.

No. Not only would that require that the proximity sensor be continuously active, it would also mean that, if your phone was (for example) sitting next to you on the desk the way mine is, every tim my hand moved past it in range of the sensor it would come on. This would be quite bad for battery life.
