I got in my hands a moto x 2014 xt1097 brazilian and I hard reset it, now theres a google account but I cant remember
theres a way to downgrade to 5.0 without check oem option in developer settings??
please I need help thx
It's simple, Google it
Already do it, but I can't find solution
please I need help
There is no solution. If you bought it from someone, that person will need to login to the phone, then remove his google account... If that's not possible, sorry to say but the phone is useless, there is no way to flash if you can't get into the phone.

No, there is nothing you can do. This system exists to prevent phone theft. If your phone is stolen, the phone is unusable, which means unsellable. Talk to the person who's account is on the phone and have them unlock and remove it.

Já me apareceram três aparelhos Motorola com o mesmo bloqueio, as vezes as pessoas simplesmente esqueceram o e-mail, assim como também esqueceram a senha padrão.
English (google translator)
I've had appeared three Motorola devices with the same lock, sometimes people just forgot the e-mail, as well as the default password forgotten
They can use the forgot password options if they set them up which lets you recover from another of your emails or your phone number. But if they did not enter a phone number or have access to the recovery email they entered... then they are out of luck. There is absoluetly no way around this system that is known.

Although I disagree with him for using a non native language in this forum, I'd like to not have my main language mocked. English looks silly to us too but we don't mock it.
On the Bionic, probably it'll be impossible to port the sbf. Face it, we are stuck with 2.3 for good

The problem is the locked bootloader leaving us Droid 3 users with a dated kernel. I was really hoping Google would fix this mismanaged company when they bought it, but so far its still the same old Motorola.

it'll take time of courset to get everything going good. they have to first plan everything they are going to do. I'm not sure if most phones will even be dealt with as far as locked bootloaders... they'll say buy this new phone

The hardware differences (besides the RAM) include LTE radio in the Bionic, which is different from the (Verizon) D3's CDMA and GSM radios, as well as no hardware keyboard in the Bionic (so a driver may have to be developed from the Bionic.)
However, the big issue is that the Bionic's ICS build will likely have a new Linux kernel that the ICS update will require, and that is one thing that the locked bootloader on the Droid 3 will not allow to be flashed.
I hope that Google Translate does this well...

Hi guys im new here, I tell them my problem the other day to update my moto x xt-1058 kit kat to 4.4.4 but after the upgrade the main camera will not let me use it, it gives me the option to change camera (only the front serves and not flash ) and really did not know what to do, I was interested to flash a rom stock again but not how, I would appreciate too whatever kind enough to tell me which tutorial to follow (sorry if it is as easy as searching the forum, but my English is not perfect, this message is the result of san google) aah and in this case that they would recommend me to install stock roms, considering that the country in which the use is Chile (Latin America), thank you very much in advance for any advice I would useful

Yes, if you get the stock images for your carrier with your current android version you can flash. JUST DO NOT DOWNGRADE Android versions as mentioned above.

Two options, rsd or manual. Your choice. RSD is probably easier for beginners.

ENGLISH:
Recently I've downloaded version 6.0 soak test, and when released the official ROM 6.0 over the air, I decided to downgrade because I would not get the official ROM and would stay with the ROM soak test, so I downgraded to version 4.4.4 and then updated to version 5.0. While updating, the phone switched off completely and does not turn on, I CAN'T ACCESS FASTBOOT MODE (Power & Volume -) so I knew a program called: motoflasher, but to my misfortune, only works on moto g FIRST GENERATION, I already tried via blankflash, but it seems that is the same thing of motoflasher. So I wanna know, is there any salvation for my problem ?? (I know my bootloader is corrupt, I want a way to fix this (REMEMBERING MY MOTO G IS SECOND GENERATION !!!)

When you open the phone by power button , what it does?
If it can be put to QLOAD 9008 mode, AND we would have "blankflash" files for G Gen2 particular CPU (Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 MSM8226), then brick recovery could be possible.

Nope, it's totally different thing. There is a tool to extract aboot and other bootloader's parts from Motoboot.img (can be done even manually), but it won't help (
The only hope is a possible leak from Motorola service staff.
Or hardware solution - bring it to service shop (service center) where should be eMMC hardware reflasher. Even if flash chip is dead totally, phone can be supplied with new chip easily. But it needs special skilled people, might be expensive, though operation by itself is regular, they do it one hundred times a month.

OK, thanks for your input. I think the time has arrived for Lenovo/Moto to address this crazy situation. I am talking about maybe going to an international consumer organisation to put pressure on them. Or maybe even a class action against them. The fact that many people's phones are getting bricked on an almost daily basis and many times through no fault of their own (during an official OTA update etc). Like I've said before Lenovo bought Motorola and with that come a responsibility to consumers not this hard ass we don't care attitude! BTW I live in a counrty that has no Motorola mobile phone customer care service so taking my phone in to be repaired is not an option.

I believe you can simply unlock the bootloader on the Motorola web site now.
I think i cant because since lollipop you have to check in developer option the option for enable modificate bootloader im Learning the Hard Way
I just unlocked my xt1096, this afternoon, on the Motorola site. I got it used.

If you got the unlock code from Motorola you don't need kingroot. You must be missing something. There was a setting in developer options to allow unlocking the bootloader. Try setting that on.
Thats the problem, first i try the kingroot app and then someting crash and corrupt my filesystem, so now i cant reach any settings(developer option) because i dont have any working interface. My problem is not rooting, my problem is a semi death cellphone. I need to put again marshmallow orden lollipop for having a working cellphone. Maybe gong to motocare is an option?
