Not removed nor locked. I use it everyday and I'm on the latest version.

I'm using the last version and everything is ok.
Maybe you should try to wipe data of the app.

please look at my screenshot ...
Works fine here!
Works fine, maybe your sensor has broken?
Did you freeze or delete any bloatware?
My phone isn't rootable (well, it is, but it resets after reboot. Thanks a lot ATT), but I can disable apps. I had something similar to the screenshots when I disabled something, but can't remember what it was. It was something that ended up controlling the heartbeat sensor though.
So if you debloated, you need to defrost things one by one until the Measure button comes back. If you deleted, then you can only reflash your firmware.
This is the only help I can provide since no one else is having your issue and you didn't tell us what you've done to your phone.

the problem happened after a updated my shealth today !!
my sensor is ok and im using official n910H ( latest version) ROM . why after i cleared shealth data and restart , spo2 and stress feature has gone ! samsung locked some feature on some model . shi**** why doing this !! samsung sucks with this kind of updates...
Happened to me before, then I realize it's the CSC's fault. Some CSC disable's some S-Health features (THL for example) so you might need to change your CSC into something else.

How is this samsung's fault exactly? The official version for Sweden is the n910F, not n910H, so you have basically bought an unsupported phone and are crying because samsung limits some features in some firmwares for certain versions in certain regions.
when i buy a phone , i just need support
what is the difference between people ???? why should some of them have some feature and some of them not when they all bought same phone ? Im sorry for you ...
anyway , i had to use xposed module and Global shealth intead

Probably because of laws that prohibit Samsung from giving users inaccurate information (risk of being sued). Don't get it either, but as someone else already said just flash the correct csc for your region and you should be fine (no ota updates though).
If you have xposed framework there is a module called globalshealth, that will get them back, dt some messed up laws, in some regions samsung has disabled the HR sensor since they are not marketed as medical devices and should have an FDA approval to measure vital signs (as i said, some fu**ed up laws)

Hello! I got my Mi3 a few days ago and I'm having some issues. Some apps that I really need won't be installed because of compatibility issues. For that reason I wanted to root or at least update the phone, via the miui site.
However, my phone seem to be lacking some crucial elements. Such as the app called Update. I've been watching some videos on how to update the Mi3, and they use an app in the system folder called Update. And it doesn't exist on my phone. And when I enter the "about phone" in Settings and press the update button at the bottom, it just crashes to the homescreen.
I've tried the way of downloading the update file, developer rom, from the miui site, renaming it "update.zip" and putting it in the root directory, remove cache and booting from the update file. But it says the update file doesn't exist, even though I've put it where it's supposed to be.
Any suggestions? This is really bugging me.
Android version 4.3 JLS36C
MIUI version MIUI-JXDCNBD14.0
Thanks
Is it genuine or fake as it sounds like it could be a fake. Or maybe your just doing sonething wrong
How do I know if it's fake? Seems real.

Downloaded CPU-Z. It does have the Snapdragon 801, Qualcomm MSM 8974. 2,27 GHz. The specs are as they should, many languages available. Market works fine. The performance is really good and smooth. It's just that it's missing update app and the tutorials for updating it won't work for me. (Watched a video showing a fake Mi3, it had the wrong cpu, fewer languages, Market didn't work, and so on)
Edit: Downloaded the Xiaomi app "anti-fake", and it confirmed that I have a genuine version, although the IMEI and Serial Number didn't exist in their sales records. Bought the phone from aliexpress, that might be why.
Everything works as it should, except for the update thingy.

Yeah I tried method 1 and 2 and they wouldn't work. I might try the third option someday, but some comments mentioned issues so I'm a bit cautios with that one yet.
just download a stable recovery rom and flash it using Miflash.exe
Obviously make sure its the correct ROM for your phone.
i've used method 3 a few times now and it does work but it isn't the easiest method to understand. the pictures do help though.
Xiaomi's hardware is so delicate that there are cases of phone's display breaking inside jeans. Should i need to say about phone anymore? To avoid such instance Use Custom ROM enabled phone with Cyanogen.
As per title since I upgraded my SM-N920C every single alarm reminder app I have tried so far is not 'waking up' and sounding when a Google Calendar reminder is due.
The device is not rooted, deep sleep is OK and I remember I had that issue a couple of times with Lollipop (it got self fixed without doing anything...).

Hi ,
Firstly ,i am still on Lollipop ,Android v5.1.1
When i had similar issues quite some time back ,i went to stock Smart Manager ..and turn that paticular app off (.from optimization .)
I believe Marshmallow has something similar..Doze or still Smart manager . or granting of Permissions ,( when installing an app .)
Also most probably you did not you grant app permission " Always run " or something like that .?
Logic tells me , app is not waking up , its been kept in a sleep mode ?
Just remember ,
i am not on Marshmallow,so i cannot say/check ,( for sure .?)
Good luck
Thanks for your support, but I have disabled Smart Manager app optimisation already and I got no permission request while running those calendar apps.
Sent from my Samsung Galaxy Note 5 (SM-N920C) using stock v6.0.1 Marshmallow firmware
Go to Battery > Battery Usage and hit the 'More' button. There select 'Optimise battery usage' and disable any app you want a notification from. It's probably Doze that is keeping your apps from waking up.
Unless you have some other task killer running and killing them...
Thanks however I can't go into that section right now as it force closes (issue probably related to Debloater).
I will try that as soon as I sort that other issue!
Guess you disabled the Smart Manager app (it was in your previous post, but i thought you just disabled the 'app power saving')? Enabling that again should do it.
No the fact is that I disabled some packages (mainly KNOX stuff and others) by using Debloater when I was running Lollipop.
Now that I am running Marshmallow no matter how many times I try to re enable them they still remain disabled...
About Smart Manager I didn't disable the package, I just switched it off.

hi ,
I had a similar issue on my old rooted Note 4 ,
disabled apps in stock Apps manager ( instead of freezing apps with my Titanium app )
After flashing another updated Rom ,the relevant apps were still disable .!!
As far as i can remember , i had to do a full factory reset and flash Rom again .
(Factory reset alone did not help and doing a dirty flash also did not help )
Very frustrating issue .
good luck

Yeah I did a complete wipe and factory reset too (I actually had to otherwise every single app kept crashing under Marshmallow), but I won't use custom ROMs because I want to keep the device unrooted (using payment systems and others).
I strongly hope to solve that issue 'cause I am not known for having a good memory. :shy:
OK I *might* have found out that the cause is that under Marshmallow you HAVE to enable notifications in the stock calendar app otherwise third-party ones won't work properly!
The funny thing is that it's working great and you don't get double notifications (stock+third-party apps) at all.[emoji38]

the SpO2 measurement disappeared from.my phone and the s health app says that my phone can't measure it.
how do you think this can be fixed ?
thanks in advance .
I'm also trying to find a way to fix this.
It looks like Samsung was forced to remove some features in one of the S Health updates for legal purposes in some regions. Remember the whole issue about Samsung not intending for their phones to be medical devices which I think requires additional FDA regulations, or something.
There was a way using Xposed mods, there is a module called Global S Health which can apparently remove the regional restriction.
The problem I'm having now is that currently, the Xposed framework does not work on stock Samsung ROMS, I might end up changing my ROM, if you aren't using a ROM based on a Samsung ROM, this solution could work for you.

Thats for xposed. We have to install a specially modified version. Usally by a user called wannam.

just bought my brand new Samsung Galaxy Watch Active and set it up together with my Galaxy S9 phone (will jump to the S10 in the near future). while doing so, I jumped across Samsung Health which won't work with tripped Knox as we well know.
I'm making this post to let people have the opportunity to enjoy Samsung Health on their phone, even with Knox tripped - for both Rooted (which could already use it before with a build.prop edit) and Un-rooted users
The official application has been patched in smali to bypass Knox checking.
Note: uninstall previous Samsung Health app before installing the patched one!
Compatibility: all Samsung Galaxy phones (rooted/un-rooted with tripped Knox)

Working nice
So I just had to do the monthly recalibration for BPM and I had ONE HECK OF A TIME!!!!. It kept prompting me to update the SHM app and would not let me continue using the app. After about 20 attempts to hit "continue" before the update pop-up prevented me from doing so I was successful.
Doesn't affect using the BPM widget on the watch, but in order to calibrate you have to open the app on your phone.

Thanks for sharing the latest mod version.
First I just needed to uninstall the old mod version 1.10.159, and then install this new mod version 1.10.167 due to when tried to install over ride, it shows app not installed.
And then i have to perform the one time calibration ( for BP and ECG ) and that's just once only, then after that it's good to go.
I updated with the modified apk....I see no improvement in SPo2 measurement.

I don't think there's anything we can do. Samsung removed BP with .167. The only way I get BP to work is with the previous .159
