Don't think you can get flash player working in Chrome on Android.
If you need flash in browser, try FlashFox browser, you can find it in Google Play, works for me.

All working with Dolphin Browser + apk from here https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions.html
Download the Flash APK from Adobe's website and use a browser other than Chrome. Firefox has Flash support last I checked, though the recent security scare may have changed that.
Chrome does not have Flash support in Android, at all, so you'll need something else.

You need to bare in mind Chrome, Dolphin or Opera browser do not support flash content. Firefox, Ninesky, UC Browser for tablet, Maxthon for tablet or Boat browser I used are few of the browsers that support flash player.
You can download Adobe Flash Player from the official web
Archived Flash Player versions
I can confirm that Firefox works perfect with flash videos.
download mozilla firefox then google the add on named phony...the download flash player and then restart and the flashplayer content )
Hi guys for some reason I've noticed I can't run flash videos from sites on my phone,

Flash as been left behind for html5. In 4.4 there is no more API for flash to interact with. The only solution I know require Dolphin Browser:
Install dolphin: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=mobi.mgeek.TunnyBrowser
install dolphin jetpack: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dolphin.browser.engine
install modified flash 11.1 apk: https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B1qjrD8ZER9ITmlVNW1EVWM5YlE/view?pli=1&sle=true
Okay so I live in Canada and recently got the Rogers update for KitKat on my HTC ONE. For the most part I am happy with the update except two issues that I have noticed. Please note I am on Stock with no Root.
1. I lost my Flash support in my browser. I used to love being able to have flash in my stock HTC browser I hate that it is gone. Is there any way to get this back? Some one mentioned that another browser from the app store may support it. Does anyone know which one and also is there a way to get it back on the stock browser?
2. My MuraCast is now broken. Before I used to Muracast to my iview Muracast Dongle which would work with slight lag...Now once I connect it keeps disconnecting like after 5 seconds and I can no longer get a stable connection it just keeps disconnecting. You would think Muracast would work better not worse under 4.4
Anyone else see these issues. Are there other things you do not like about 4.4?

Did the work around fail or summit ?
Same issue with me.
Ok , let me rephrase the question then . Does anyone with a SM-n910t have working flash ?? I just came from V13firekat 4.4.4 and the dolphin I installed long ago had flash embeded in the dolphin " lab " on the speed dial page and now the lab doesnt show up in dolphin apps on the speeddial page .
If you use Firefox beta from the play store it will work just google search adobe flash archives that is what I did ones you have to app on your phone it works

Hello, have you ever downloaded Adobe Flash Player on your phone? If your phone had it, then just make sure that flash setting in Dolphin Browser is on. For more details, click here :https://dolphinbrowser.desk.com/cus...ble-the-flash-player-in-android-4-0-?b_id=317
