Drop my Moto x in water, everything works fine at first. Then phone stop reading the SIM card and have to take sim out and put back in and restart the phone. Right now is not working even I take out the SIM.
try to clean the sim port. I suggest put it after that in a basket with rice for a day or two, try sim after that or else go to a repair station

Hi,
I'm currently abroad for 8 weeks and I'm using a local sim card to help keep costs down.
However, I keep getting the following service message coming up whenever I use mobile internet like I would get by sending a text message). Even though it says that it's using my credit I know that it isn't.
Is there a way that I can get rid of these messages? The service provider says that it should be able to get rid of it using settings on the phone but can't give me anymore details.
Any help would be great as it is stating to get really annoying.
Hope this makes sense and please let me know if you need any more details.

So, what's the best option for fixing this for free. HTC is going to charge over $100, right? :crying:

You can't fix it for free. Going to have to pay HTC, and try not to smash it again

This picture of the back cover make me feel we can open the back cover very easy and "may be" we can change the SD card to 64G
They've already torn the phone apart and found it to not be an SD card at all. Good try though. I haven't seen that be the case for a while
wonder if its possible to mod the korean sdcard part into a non sd variant g2. Havent been able to find that part yet.

Contact LG. It likely is repairable, though it will also probably cost you.

Thanks you I will try soon !
Try with metal polish and rubbing? Probably doesn't take it off completely but may smoothen it just enough. Just try it on back first to see how it works. If it's this chromelike coating on metal, and scratch is through it, only way to fix might be changing it
Today,my phone almost fell on the floor I was luckily able to cache it before it hit the ground but it fortunately it hit a chair and I was able to cache it. After I realize that the S pen broke inside the phone and it's stuck inside the phone. Whats should I do.
