Hey guys I just received a hand me down touchpad that was bought during the fire sale that is currently running cyanogen mod and I'd like to overhaul it. Currently the tablet is running with the following information in about tablet on the cyanogenmod:
Model number: cm_tenderloin
android version: 4.1.2
kernel version: 2.6.35-palm-tenderloin
cpu: armv7 processor rev 2 (v7l)
memory: 864MB
cyanogenmod verison: 10-201310190-unofficial-tenderloin
build date: sat oct 19
The tablet is dual booted as well with webos with cyanogen on an SD card.
Basically the tablet 100% needs to be formatted with a factory wipe on the android OS since it is running someone elses google account. I just want to use the tablet for reading and web browsing so I'd like to get the lightest weight possible ROM and setup for it as easily as possible. Can anyone help me with some links or guides? I've done rooting and romming on android before I just need to do the reading for the touchpad. Anything can help thanks guys.

The fastest rom for me and many others is BOCA RC1 you need to email dizgustipated to get it.
Other working roms for our tabs:
Overcome 4.0
Android 4.0 (ICS) alpha
CM7
MIUI
You can find those roms in the developers section.

I updated my Nook HD+ to CyanogenMod 11-20141122. It's working pretty but all the apps that I have downloaded from play store and aptoide will not update. I check for new versions and I can uninstall and reinstall to get the newest but all saved data is lost. I have included the specs below
Nook HD+

I've got CyanogenMod 9 (4.0.4) running on my T-Mobile GT-P1000 and I'd like to upgrade to something newer. It's been a while since I've played with ROMs, so I have two questions if anyone can help me.
First, can I upgrade directly from CM 9 to something newer, like the current CM 11 snapshots, or do I need to flash back to stock first and can you point me to instructions for the best method?
And second, which is more subjective, what is the most recent version of CM that works well on this device?
Thanks in advance!
Does anyone know how to reliably root this Acet tab? I did find instructions on here, but stopped short when I noticed the instructions were for a WW_GEN1 and the one I've got had a image version that ends with WW_CUS1. Goes without saying that I don't want to end-up with a flat paperweight.
Can anyone assist with this? Has any one successfully rooted a B1-830 WW_CUS1 tab?

Hi,
I would like to ask some help about upgrade of an Asus MeMO Pad 7 ME176CX tablet.
I've replaced the motherboard because the previous was hard bricked, so I've ordered this to replace the old: aliexpress.com/item/32907821550.html
After motherboard replacement, the following details were founded under the About section of the tablet:
Model number:
K013
Android version:
4.4.2
IFWI version:
0065.0023
Kernel version:
3.10.20-g0e009e1
2.0.4.137 #1
Sat Sep 20 03:03:28 CST 2014
Build number:
K013-WW-fac-eng-4.4.2-2.0.4.137-20140920
If I am right, this is a preinstalled Android system which was installed by the AliExpress store.
I would like to install the latest officially Lollipop firmware on the tablet, so I would like to delete everything with reflashing.
Can someone help me to reinstall the device? I would like to find the right things of these:
flashing application
latest officially Lollipop firmware
manual about the installation
Thank you for your help Guys.
