Remove your serialno and imei.
According to your cid and mid you need to use the 7.19.401.22 ruu.zip

You actually have a version main mismatch, your version main is dev edition but you have an o2 cid so you will never get the lollipop update until you do something about it, best thing to do is get s-off and change your cid to BS_US001 which will then match your version main and you'll get the update straight away, just noticed your model id is also wrong and will need changing too.

Like the previous guy said either s-off and change cid to supercid or change to the dev edition one and wait for the update or get the stock o2 Rom back on it and wait a few weeks more for o2 to update

Yes you can but why do you ask? If you are on stock and cid and mainversion are matching it will be fine...you still have to wait for lollisense since its not out yet for Europe/wwe m7 [emoji14]

Thanks for the quick and crisp analysis... 2 questions
1. Whats the cheapest (free????!!) method of getting S-OFF
2. Whats should I change the model ID to and what should it be according to you ?
Thanks.

What should the model ID be in this case ?

Need RUU Help - No Connection, Random Reboots, Difficulty Installing ROMS

Hello all,
I've been having some issues with my phone for a while now. Difficulty getting S-OFF, ROMS installing but with no data (OR LTE only), issues with ROM installs and formatting, etc.
At this point I sort of just want to go back and start fresh. I'm having difficulty understanding what I need to do though.
Here is where I currently am:

I'd honestly like to just apply an RUU to get be back to stock everything and see where I can go from there (I think that's what I want, at least) but I'm not sure what RUU I need exactly.
Any help would be appreciated...
EDIT: Alternatively, I think it might be a radio issue. But I don't know how to flash just a radio, since I'm S-ON. Gah!

Hi,
I recently accidentally deleted my internal storage including Android OS and any backups. Iv'e spent many many hours looking for the correct RUU for my HTC without any luck.
I was wondering Based on my GETVAR dump if someone could point me in the correct direction. Thanks

There is no ruu you can use with s-on. You will need to use a Rom or a nandroid. I have stock o2 nandroid backup if you need here https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=95864024717074289
Or you will need to use a custom Rom. If you flash TWRP 2.8.5.0 you can access your storage via mtp in recovery. With older versions you will need to use adb push to get the files to your devices storage
