So I updated my Verizon g2 to lollipop via Verizon assistant and am using it on mobile network, but it seems that every time I turn on my wifi, it turns my signal to no service, any idea why or how I could fix this issue? I am unrooted, thanks in advance

I have the Galaxy Note III on T-Mobile, but it's AT&T branded. Are there any workarounds to get mobile hotspotting through my carrier without rooting?
Give the free version of Foxfi a try.
There's a data cap, but you can just disconnect and reconnect then keep going.

I used the app... app quarantine from playstore and froze the tethering provisions. Rebooted phone and working fine. I have an AT&T note 3 but have tmobile service.

I'm on dynamickat 2.0 and have noticed that data will sometimes stop working even when showing 4G and will only start working again after reboot. Does anyone else have this issue

I have this issue on knoxraid but only after using wifi for a long time like when I'm at work never had an issue on 4.3 I think it might be a kitkat issue not sure I went into wifi advanced setting and switched on auto switch from wifi to mobile data will try that out tomorrow and see if it fixes

I read somewhere that if you call verizon and request a NAT unrestricted ip address and pay them 500 clams that it will work. Absurd.
Does anybody get it to work on WiFi tethering?
Mine is working. It checks for the service(which is part of my service plan) and then activates. No issues.

try to get it to work without the service plan
Is there an app or phone code in order to force phone to only run on lte on aosp and tw?

There is way to do that, even punching in numbers if it works at all, which
won't, would not do it, at best it would only TEST your LTE band to make
sure it's receiving the signal properly.
Good luck!

I would go for lte/gsm/auto or wcdma/gsm auto
This way you always have chance for fallback to gsm when needed
