So I'm stuck in the boot animation after trying to flash HoloBlur, I can't access recovery because the phone keeps autobooting, and my computer won't recognize the phone so I can't get into adb either. The only idea I have is letting the battery run out, charge it up and boot into recovery that way.
How can I delete this thread? I've gotten back into recovery actually...

Ok so I rooted my nexus and loaded cyanogenmod rc3. I never had a problem getting into recovery mode before. However, when I try to boot into recovery it just stays stuck on the X screen. I've let it sit for 10 minutes and still it stays stuck. I've tried to reload rom manager and flashed clockwork recovery and still it doesn't work. I've searched this forum and googled it and tried everything thats been said to do. Still no go. Anyone have any idea what is going on? Thanks in advance.
Have you tried fastboot flash recovery. Its best to do it through fast boot and also you should give amon recovery a try if it still wont work

Yeah I tried getting into recovery through fastboot and still it just hangs on the X screen. Think I'm gonna have to try the amon recovery and see if that works. Thanks.
so i got cwm on lg thrill and it worked now however it just is in an infinite loop .... i try and load rom or anything it installs but when hit restart it error on mnt then restart in to cwm how can i get something on it ? help
How you do it? If you read the forum that's shows how to do it manually from the Computer using Command Prompt then you kinda complicated yourself. I tried to port the .img provided in that forum but I got my phone stuck in an Infinite Boot Loop.
There's a very simple way to port the .img file onto the phone using a Terminal Emulator apparently on your phone. But boot your phone into Recovery mode and factory restore. Once done post in this thread again and ill link you to what you need.

Hi,
while trying to update my C6903's OmniROM today I forgot to wipe cache and dalvik, and now my Z1 won't boot anymore.
It gets stuck either in the second port of my custom bootanimation (which worked nicely on the old OmniROM version) or during the TWRP boot screen, which occasionally gets black for an instance and comes back almost instantly.
A littler earlier I got the device displayed in 'adb devices', but the freshly upgraded install refues to accept adb connections. Now I can't see it anymore anyways, neither while stuck in bootanimation nor while stuck in TWRP splash screen.
Now - what can I do?
Please help, I'm totally lost here!!!
Flash a stock FTF. Start again.
And please do not post a QUESTION in the development thread again....I have already asked a mod to move it.
Just connect your phone in flashmode by turning off with vol down and flash a stock ftf then reboot

Hi guys,
So I am quite a noob at doing such things, you should know this before reading this post. I went ahead and was booting cm11 for the first time after using seokhun's method, but found that my tablet was looping. I (foolishly) decided to reflash the .bin file from his post and start from scratch, but I ended up messing up the Kindle further. It flashes the orange logo three times, and then stays on the logo on the fourth time. Recovery doesn't work, and it won't boot into fastboot. Help!

Are you using a fastboot cable to get into fastboot?

Can't get into recovery, and no, I am not using a fastboot cable. I ordered one today though. Will it work even with the hard bricks?
Hi there, I just installed Safestrap onto my phone(ver. 3.73) and then rebooted my phone. I got into the safestrap recovery and then without doing anything tried to boot back into stock. It just stays at the droid splash screen (red eye) and I can't get past it. I can get back into safestrap, but I can't figure out how to successfully boot back into stock. Any ideas?
Have to power up into fastboot mode and flash a jellybean fxz, then start over only way.
