I came across this ordinary looking hard case on ebay but on closer inspection it seems to be made from a very different material then your normal plastic/tpu case. Does anyone have any experience with this case?

Wow I like this case. I'm half tempted to buy one although I really like a flap on my tablets for when lugging it around. Sometimes my hands get full and I use my tablet as a tray to balance a soda and some snacks. I have a screen protector, but it would be kinda weird.
This case looks very cool though. I really like the blue, gray, and the red. I'm curious how they feel though. Is it like a sandpaper texture or a rubber matte? I have a similar case for my Galaxy Nexus and it barely adds any bulk (why I like it). My Ringke Slim is a glossy smooth finish, unlike this one.
This would be an ideal case for people who just want to provide protection from the back and some side action... but not interested in a TPU case.
Anyone with an IMAK Cowboy case on the LG G2?

just wondering if anyone has found a just side (covering metal) case for the phone. I dont like covering the back and just want something for the side like the iphone bumpers they released for antennagate tempted to buy a spigen some and somehow dismantle it to remove the plastic back casing but then it might not hold in place... :/
any ideas?

Those links are the s6 not the edge..
A company in Korea has aluminum bumper covers for the S6 Edge already. Perhaps they will come to the US later on. Here are the options they offer. For me, I have the rounded, dual-tone one.

I've installed one of the Slickwraps Natural Series real leather backs on my S6 Edge. It looks really classy and makes it easier to lie on its back since it adds a bit of depth around the camera.
What do you think?
That looks nice. I am going to try one. I just got a Slickwraps Color Series back, which I also like because it looks good and and adds some grip.

I got it the black also for the back. I really like it and it is real natural leather and looks great. It also adds more grip to the phone.
ii had this leather case on my galaxy s6 and now i found it for my galaxy s7 edge its a slim case fits perfect and its black without any logo or branding on the outside, its from a company called "rock".
just wanna let you guys know its hard to find a nice slim case i don't like a case that make the phone feel like a brick.

It appears to be "Faux Leather" (i.e. plastic), not real leather, which is a shame. Looks nice otherwise.

it's simply just a cheap version of the official Leather Cover by Samsung.... by cheap i mean not only price but unfortunately also the quality

Galaxy S7 Edge - Incipio Esquire Series
Great overall case. It adds very little bulk and seems like it will provide decent drop protection. Definitely not as heavy duty as their dualpro line, but a nice alternative for those times you don't need much protection. Buttons remain easy to press and it has a decent lip around the display. The only real bad thing about it is the price. I managed to get it during their half off sale. It looks good, but definitely not worth the regular $34.99 price imo.
