[Q] Lockscreen gives same wallpaper as Background

Hi there,
Currently I'm using Darky's v9.2 Extreme Edition and I'm very satisfied (except for a bit battery drain on which I'm still trying to improve).
The thing is, before upgrading to Darky's I was able to set 2 different backgrounds for lockscreen and unlockscreen.
Now when I select a wallpaper it automatically becomes the lockscreens wallpaper as well. There is no way I can seperate the 2 anymore by my knowledge.
Is there any way to have a different lockscreen again?

Yup. U need to flash darkys rom with the samsung gallery3d. The default gallery is asop thats why u cant choose a seperate wallpaper

Is that the only way? If I have to flash it all over again then nvm. I just customised everything. Isn't there an easier way to do this? Like use darkys configurator for it?

If you flash using darkys configurator and unselect 'wipe device' all ur settings will stay the same. And if you flashed a theme u can flash the theme again straight after flashing the rom. Non of your settings/customisations will be affected.

You can install the Modded 3D Gallery directly from the app "SGS Tools" without flashing a new ROM, by Fr4gg0r, here : ht*p://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=775154
(Idk if it's exactly what you need, try it )

its the same with me, you can only change lockscreen wallpaper when your using 'samsung unlock'
with the other 3 - android unlock - puzzle unlock - epic unlock it will not work

[Q] help in darkys rom 9.3

i am now on darky 9.2 and its amazing but i tried to set lockscreen wallpaper but it didnt work ,, it didnt give me force to close .... but it saves the wallpaper and load it but there is no wallpaper on the lockscreen
any ideas i really need help with this

You are using Samsung Lockscreen and not any other lock screen right?

i flashed it again but nothing changed still cant set wallpaper on locksceen

Are u using the darky app sure there is an option to enable it.

i marked the lockscreen wallpaper before flashing

Go under Settings ... Display then chose Unlock Screen and choose Samsung lock sreen....
You were asked before if you use Samsung lock screen ... you replyed yes ... but i doubt it since the default lock screen is Android unlock screen...

dude your amazing i was using the epic ...... i thought you meant that i wasn't using any lockscreen app
but now the wallpaper appeared <<<<< thanks so much
it would be so cool if it changed in other lockers

[Q] sweet rom v10 lt9 gallery with air view and photosphere

I have sweet rom v10 LT9 installed on my note n7000.
I installed the 4.2 camera/gallery for the photosphere and foolishly uninstalled the gallery that comes with the sweet rom v10.
Now i cannot choose my lock screen wall paper from gallery... it only shows stock 4/5 lock screen wallpapers
Can i get a gallery apk with photosphere and airview for sweet rom v10 LT9 or can get the initial gallery apk that comes with this rom which will enable me to choose images for lock screen wallpaper?
Pls Help

If you've previously downloaded the rom extract it using 7zip.
Look in preload/symlink/system/app. Copy samsungcamera.apk to the same folder of your phone.
set the permission & reboot. The gallery comes together with the camera

Why not just post on that thread instead of making a new one?
Anyhow just dirty flash the ROM if you can't do what above poster said.

Turn off the animation

how to turn off the animation on stock zui 2.3 i did all in developer menu turn off the 3 of animation there.but still got some animation such as in launcher zui and notif bar. any solution for this?

Presize animation scales [Problem]

hi everyone i was using this apk to presize animation scale on my s8 and note 8 when i wan on 7.XX version of android. today i update it on 8.0 version and cant use this apk any more. system installs it but it's not showing on developer menu presize fields
what can i do for using it

You can try system UI app, it can change animation scale as you wish

You can also use a app called Samsung System Mods for Substratum.
It has a bunch of useful features
