How to disable Secure Lockscreen (Lollipop) - Xperia Z3 Compact Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I want to completely disable Locklscreen and set it to None but not getting this option like here:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
So how to get this NONE option??

Hi,
as written under the greyed out option : "disabled by administrator encryption policy, or credential storage".
So (you can try again after every step):
1. Go to Settings > Security > Clear credentials.
2. If your device or your SD card is encrypted you have to decrypt it (in Settings > Security i think).
3. Go to Settings > Security > Device administrators and uncheck all apps.
4. Remove any VPN configured on your device.
5. As a last resort I've read that removing all of your saved WIFI networks may help with this.
Hope this helps,
best,
Bafforosso

Just clear credentials and you're good to go

Deleted guest user and I got those options.

This didn't work for me too. The fix is download clean master and in accessibility settings turn on clean master. If nothing work,this will surely

I am one of WPExtended fan, but I think it's kind of long task for or maybe others to enable one tweak by tapping to Settings then tap on wp extended, wait..., then scroll, and tap again. So I made this one simple WP app that does not require you to do all those.
Emma (Enable Media and Marketplace Access) does one simple function - it gives you an access to these Medias and Marketplace hubs while connected to Zune.
TAKE NOTE BEFORE USING
Please enable root access to this application by using Root Manager
Thanks alot nullstring,
this app is really helpful for me.
Great work. Faster and easier than other ways. Thanks so much.
unfortunately caused this error to me on 2 different laptops : Read Error The Zune software can't access important data on your Zune. Try disconnecting and reconnecting it
I didn't solve it after uninstalling..... Can you give me some hints on which registry key does your xap affect so that I can revert it manuall ?
Thanks

NSI: warning: no service interface, notification access service enabled in Android

I'm getting the next log entry since today when i open tasker:
NSI: warning: no service interface, notification access service enabled in Android settings?
It seems to happen everytime when a profile is triggered.
I've been looking through the net to find a solution, found a few but none of them worked.
Q: Where do i find this "notification access service" (Galaxy S6 6.0.1 rooted)?
The solutions i found on the net are all pointing to the notification settings but these are set for Tasker in the Android settings. I also tried to unset them and reset them, no joy.
One possible solution is to re-install Tasker but this i can't because i'm unable to remove it because it's Device Administrator package (1st screenshot) and deactivating button on the bottom does just nothing (2nd screenshot). Anybody any clue about this one?

"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
The major problem (NSI: warning: no service interface, notification access service enabled in Android settings?) is solved.
Solution: Disable and re-enable SuperUser + reboot. After that, all Taskers NSI logs dissapeared.
But i still can't uninstall Tasker (or any other program with active device admin rights). The deactivate button still does not respond (just as the cancel button on the left).

Android 7.0 Notification From Hell

I have a notification that will not go away. Tapping it doesn't help. Any ideas how to kill it?

That seems system update notification from Google and not from the hell.
If tapping does not help as you say, then go to settings.
On the bottom of the list - Tap on "About Phone" and find System update.
Tap/Download/Update/Enjoy

Goggle did a thing (a while ago) where they down graded the first 7.1 update back to 7.0. They have recently released a "fixed" 7.1. Your bitcoin might be due to this weirdness.
You might try going to developer options and looking for "automatic system updates" and turning it off then rebooting. If rebooting doesn't do it, I'd clear cache (not data) in recovery. 1st boot takes longer since the device will have to rebuild the apps cache (optimizing apps).

Huawei P20 PRO without "Notifications turn on screen" Option.

So i just bought my Huawei P20 Pro a couple of days ago, and my only problem has been that the notifications don't turn on the screen whenever they come. I tried locating the Option but it doesn't exist for some reason on my device, while in other devices the option does appear. It's usually the first option.

Appreciate your time, but you quite didn't read my post, I know that that's the proper way to activate it, but for some unknown reason, that option doesn't appears on my phone. Took the time to take a screenshot and uploaded it in the link above, anyone else with a useful tip?
Sorry I didn't click on that weird link ?
Maybe try resetting your settings cache.

Works for me SM-G998B Gallary 12.1.07.5
It works on my SM-G9960.
I also found out the same developer's options are present in the Bixby app, you can enable it the same way by quickly tapping the version number. There's only one setting you can enable, which requires to register in Developer's program, and it also asks for "Revision ID". I entered some random number and it worked.
If you'd like to try it out, enabling it is rather simple: Head over to settings within the Gallery app and open About Gallery. Now repeatedly tap on the version number until you see a toast that reads [Labs] Gallery labs is enabled. You'll now find the now-not-so-secret menu in the app's settings menu
