I would say yes, here's the instructions...
Extract (unzip) the firmware file
Download Odin v3.09
Extract Odin ZIP file
Open Odin v.3.09
Reboot Phone in Download Mode (press and hold Home + Power + Volume Down buttons)
Connect phone and wait until you get a blue sign in Odin
Add the firmware file to AP / PDA
Make sure re-partition is NOT ticked
Click the start button, sit back and wait few minutes

Yeah I've seen and tried those, they don't work. I'm not sure why, but the Canadian "W" version is not listed and never has been... It's been available in Canada for about 6 months now. If I can't flash a normal SM-T705 firmware, I'll probably sell the tablet and get a Nexus 9, because hell will freeze over before any of our Big 3 release an update...

once when u install this firmware
N920CXXU1AOI1_N920COLB1AOI1_N920CXXU1AOH2_HOME.tar
you will automatically receive update N920CXXU2AOJ5
its running very smooth with N920CXXU2AOJ5

Puppy literally flies with this new FW!!!!
Never seen so fast, responsive; sadly modem is still 03 (still poor 4G reception) but now this seems really a new phone...
I suggest as always a cache cleaning process from recovery after installation

All phones behave in the same way after an update. Don't Rush, Give it a few days. Actual improvements will be visible after few days, especially with the battery usage.

the same problem here! i got update and installed it. The ex-modem code is `2`, and new one is `3`. thought it would fix bad reception issue, but nothing has not changed. Mine is N920C and its baseband version is N920CXXU2AOJ3
Anyway, do you know how to change the baseband version? ( it could be stupid question but i am a new android user (ohh!!)) I have never tasted 4 levels signal on H,H+,LTE. I think something wrong with its software.
Any body try to root it??
Hello folks,
Few hours back I was randomly check device software update, to my surprise update started downloading the size was 100MB.
With latest Android Security Patch, unfortunately no Android 6.0.1
This clearly indicates we aren't going to get Android 6.0.1 for Note 4, may be we can expect in April or May.

My Observations
As usual whenever a new firmware pops up I flash it with Odin and do factory reset. The first thing I do after a flash is install font this time I have noticed while installing Ubuntu.apk font as it's my all time favorite font, while applying says fonts doesn't support. It was disappointing.
How to fix it?
This is a security patch update to patch up the security breaches in Lollipop 5.1.1. We will probably see Marshmallow in the next few months after Samsung has finally finished tweaking it for the Note 4 range.

Yeah, I just downloaded it yesterday. My update came with an additional piece of bloatware as my N910C is a UAE model, I just disabled it as I couldn't uninstall it. I can't tell what it is as it's written in a Arabic Language script. Yeah, each patch differs from the previous version as the latest firmware patch release is designed to patch security flaws that were found recently.
Out of topic question.. OP, what's the font you're using? Looks cool. Thanks! :3

I honestly have no idea what it is as I can't read Arabic Script. I purchased my N910C via a grey import online retailer, who probably got the stock from a UAE supplier. I didn't choose to get a UAE device, I got it from the grey import online retailer because it was significantly cheaper than it was listed on other retailers and it was also much cheaper than getting a 2nd hand or refurbished device.
Here are a couple of screenshots of the app I was talking about.

Telling you the truth, whether you find it helpful or not. Samsung never intentionally releases information on firmware updates. Not in Korean, English, Chinese or any other language. If you don't believe me, Google it for yourself in whatever language you like. There isn't secret information on xda you won't find at Google.

Nothing for now as far as I am aware. It is actually quite difficult to find a compatible ROM with 9200 due to difference in the modem with the other models. Therefore, I think we are stuck until Samsung releases an update for our model and this will be used by some ROM such as Infinity which was compatible with LP and 9200.

Just give it some time. Nougat only started rolling out for the Note 5 a few days ago. The N9200 will also come, if not within days then at least within a few weeks
