Is this posting new or old? I know previously Otterbox said they will not make a case for the Nexus S, so I am wondering if they changed their mind or if this Amazon posting is from when they were planning on making a case. (Note how there is none in stock right now.)

No it is not, I live in Colorado and called otterbox yesterday because they are only 50 miles from me and they told me that they do not have anything in the works for the Nexus S, which means I guess that there is no chance right now!!!! Oh well maybe if they get enough inquireies they might but I doubt it!!!
the thing is that Otterbox was going to make the case but then they decided not to make it.
Actually I believe they did release it, but it had problems fitting because of the curved screen. Then they took it off their web site. I remember when it came into stock but at that point I was tired of waiting.

They'll both be here Monday, which is when my Nexus 7 (16 GB) will be delivered too. I have and have had products from both Moko and ArmorShield, and both are excellent quality.
I think I'm going to buy that case. For $6.99, it will hold me over until a better one comes around. I don't like it for permanent use.
I do want a screen protector too, but I only want the non-spray self-sticking (static cling?) ones. I bought one of those for my wife's iPad and it worked great. I bought a spray-and-stick one for my SGT8.9, and it sucked (Zag).

Well, MoKo makes good stuff, it should last a while, I think they are just doing the deep discount to get in on the Nexus 7 frenzy. I agree on the Zagg's, I don't like them either, but ArmorShield, Skinomi and BodyGuardz are all good ones, they all make dry apply and wet apply. I usually go for dry apply on phones, like my Galaxy Note i717, but on bigger things like tablets the wet apply ones are easier to install and work with, at least for me. The ArmorShield's are really thin, don't yellow and are not sticky like the Zagg's, which is one reason why I dislike Zaggs too.
Just ordered that case as well. Can't beat that price with prime shipping.

I ordered the case a few days ago and already got it. It's actually quite nice and more indicative of its real price and not the $7 I paid for it.
I ordered a moko one that has the magnetic sleep/wake function. Sort of a gamble because there is only one pic, but it looks like it can function as a stand as well.

Nice. I just ordered it too (got the last one). I tried canceling my earlier Moko case order but wasn't able to in time. Assuming this case is good, I'll just return the other one for credit.

Yeah, I've been really impressed with MoKo cases, they are well built and don't cost an arm and a leg.

I received my armorshield screen protector yesterday and just installed it this morning. Had no issues, used the wet solution that came with it. I agree it is not as sticky as the zagg ones. The armorsuit skin has already dried and looks great.

Right on! I have been pretty impressed with their stuff, Skinomi's are a little sticky, and Zagg's are ultra sticky of course. With the ArmorShields, the little imperfections will settle out over the next couple of days, and if for some reason it goes crazy, they will just send you another set out.

I know, I'm shocked too. Question: you just ordered the one case in your OP, right?
I ask because I ordered TWO cases from this seller. The one you did, plus the $12.99 smart case they came out with on Sunday. I wanted to make sure that this email was about the first case, not the second one (or both).
I am really shocked that they would have gone so far to help their customers for something that cost $6.99 shipped. I was actually going to return that case, since I got the better one, but I think I'm going to keep it just out of support of the seller.

Yeah, just that one. I am really impressed too, it shouldn't be shocking to get that kind of customer service, but the world being like it is today it's surprising to get that level of service, I am definitely going to be doing more business with them in the future!
Bought the original Blurex one for $6, which turned out to be pretty crappy but then they made up for it by shipping me the updated model for free. (Which is a lot nicer!)

no i think they are still getting a good profit. the cases probably cost them $2 to make? they are selling them for $14, do the math

I have this exact case from Verizon store day i bought my device in the store. But mine doesn't have that fancy design, the hard plastic inside is a dark grey and the hard plastic outside part is black. Matches my dark grey M8 perfectly! I can say though hands on this is the slimmest case imaginable for the most solid protection hands down! Just don't like there's no grip at all. Say your hands are a little sweaty/wet, it's hard to get a solid grip on this thing. If feels as sleek as it looks basically. Only complaint i have.

I noticed all the best buy stores in my area did not have it. Amamzon shows 1-3 months shipping.
Yes I can order online, but I don't see the case available in the shop Samsung app at all.
Just made me think, with all the bad reviews, maybe they are going to release an updated version.
Could just be wishful thinking..lol.

Ahh well... Wishful thinking..?
I haven't got mine yet, I held off at first because of the long shipping delays. But the other day it was about $50 usd off on Amazon and "only" 2 weeks to ship so it's on the way now. Design looks fine to me, I think I understand the limitations enough going in but I shall find out soon.
I did just receive my Keyboard case from Samsung.US. It was on back-order for 4 weeks.
I am using this now for 1 week and it sticks really well. No issue at all. I did not have to clean the back of my tablet or anything.
I also removed it several times and it did stick really well. Also after I but it back.
I have no issue at all and am very happy with it.
Maybe they did change something?
So the Amazon delivery estimate has been saying a few months, but it was at my door within a week of ordering, so I would recommend to go ahead and place the order.
As for the case sticking, I've had no problems either. The instructions also clearly state the back needs to be stuck on and left for an hour to adhere properly, so keep that in mind. Also I would clean the surface of tablet just incase before applying unless Its brand new like when I applied mine...
I wish there was a redesign. The body case seems to un-stick randomly and it provides not protection around the sides nor does it keep the screen's edges protected with a "lip".
Otherwise, if someone would make a case that would cover at least 3 sides of the tablet and leave just enough of the side with the keyboard pin connector exposed to attach the keyboard, that would be great. Either that or that side of the tablet is a flap that can be opened to attach the keyboard.
I purchased a $6 silicon case for every day use since I mostly just use the Tab S6 at home sitting in my recliner. But, I wanted the keyboard for those times that I didn't want to swipe everything.
However, the back piece of the keyboard case just doesn't impress me since it's not an easy auto-on/auto-off in any respect. So, I've been considering getting another silicon case that I can attach the keyboard case back cover to, then cut the silicon case just enough to allow the keyboard to attach.
So, what do you guys think? Will the keyboard case back cover's stickyness adhere to silicone better than the back of the tablet?
