I have no problem with Line. Video call and normal call work as it should with the Note 5.

Like others said, MIUI supports it.
My personal solution to this is to place the call I want to record with google voice and press 4 to start recording. After the call it shows up in your inbox.

You must install call recording apps. E.x: Total Recall
I don't see how to make a video call without need app.
As on contact list, user name, should be add video call button, not just only voice call.
As other phone like Samsung galaxy do have native video call button..
As for hearing impaired people who can't hear voice,
that's why need video chat.

Hi, i have a realme x2 pro EU (Android 10 C.29) and i'm having an issue of incoming calls
it shows as banner on top only on youtube when i watch video fullscreen but when i'm on another app (Youtube or whatsapp video call) the incoming call take all the screen fully, and when i mute it i can't hear anything from the other apps (youtube or whatsapp caller) until the incoming call or the caller cut the line.
is this a common problem

Yes it happens with all of us. It is common
In rooted phones this app let you disable any call recording announcement in Google Dialer
