Will this unlock LTE Band 20 (800) for the 9208 so can be used in the uk?

It should work with your UK version. However don't forget to have a backup buddy

I just followed all the steps and it didn't work for US T-Mo. Any other way around the remote unlock app?

Which Rom section Can I use then to flash the Canadian version ? Tmobile, Att, ?
you say that
"It is also sim unlocked, so it can be used with any Canadian carrier."
I have a roger version, seems to be locked. So if I root and flash this will unlock the sim carrier?
thank you

Odd my Bell one is unlocked, I popped in my buddy's Rogers sim with no issue.
Also says it's unlocked on the box.... I'll post a picture when I get home.

Nice, at least we know now that Bell version is unlocked! I had to pay around 15$ to get it unlocked!
very odd, my bell was locked.....had to unlock before poping a rogers sim...

Rooting will not Carrier Unlock your device - Flashing a Custom Rom will not Carrier Unlock your device - Either pay Rogers $50 after 3 months - or go to sammobile.com - They offer a Carrier Unlock service.

I had problems with a tmobile rom so i used your steps with the stock NJ3 Wind rom. However the file turned out to be a Bell Rom. My csc even says BMC when i check it. My signal hasn't been as good on this stock rom.
Any chance you know where i can find the actual Wind rom that came with the phone?

Check on sammobile.com - You'll have to register / sign in if you want to download it
Its All Just N910W8

Mine definitely is, and came out the box that way. I've adjusted the OP to omit the sim unlock given that its inconsistent.

Firstly getting them from sammobile wont change a thing; the files provided are the same.

Now to clarify, unlike the US or the rest of the world; all the carriers in Canada use the same rom.
Meaning no matter if you have wind, bell, telus, rogers etc its all the same modem, kernel, recovery, and system.
Its all N910W8, so there cannot be a modem/signal difference.
And for proof here is a list of MD5's checksums for the files I provide and what sammobile provides:

It was the exact same with the Note 3; we only get one ROM.
So I am going to change the OP to reflect this fact and only provide 1 set of files with instructions on how to change your CSC.
Boom done problem solved.

So this confirms that any bell, Rogers or tells phone can be unlocked to work on the AWS networks such as wind or chatr? I have done a ton of research and could not find the AWS bands on bells info but have seen both model numbers on bells, winds, etc. As N910W8
Has anyone had luck unlocking even though a company?

I'm going to say yes given that they are all N910W8 and all running the same rom.
But I haven't tested it personally; buddy at work has wind, I will try his sim in my phone next week and report back.

Another way to convert F340 to any Intl Model.

Note: This is for F340 variants only
I've done it in my F340K
1. First flash stock korean rom if u are in a custom rom. ( Have a Backup First)
2. Backup your imei
3. Root you can install towel root (btw im in f340kv20d stock rom rooted)
4. Install Rom Tool Box or install build.prop editor
Change this :
Quote:
ro.product.model=LG-F340S
ro.build.target_operator=KT
ro.product.locale.language=ko
ro.product.locale.region=KR
ro.build.target_country=KR
to
Quote:
ro.product.model=LG-D958 ( i choose it because im in asia. )
ro.build.target_operator=OPEN
ro.product.locale.language=en
ro.product.locale.region=PH
ro.build.target_country=PH
(I'm in Philipines so "PH", you can change as location you live )
-Save build.prop.
-Reboot

you can download this https://www.mediafire.com/?0rd2wm6wgek6jlu but u need root
Thank you for the file. Yes I have root access. Is it certain that after converting my F340L the IMEI will be lost, or is it just a precaution?

Convert F340S to F340K
Hi i am currently experiencing bootloop with my device i can still access download mode and recovery using TWRP. i tried flashing the f340s kdz fil but it is being stuck at 40%, after that i tried doing the TOT method but it is not accepting the TO file because it is F340K instead of F340S. I saw a post that he flashed F340K file to F340S and that is the reason why i tried. Can you help me out? Thank you.

My model number is sm-n920c I bought it from Dubai currently i am using in India i tried a patch for volte enabling so the csc changed to Ind and it got rooted from that patch
@dandamatrix, I have a question, not related to this post. Are you able to make calls with VOLTE after rooting and applying patch? I was looking for a VOLTE fix to make calls with JIO for my N920C UAE version.

First install twrp by odin here link https://dl.twrp.me/noblelte/twrp-3.1.0-0-noblelte.img.tar
Just put zip file in AP section and flash
Second put this files in internalstorage
1) https://mega.nz/#!TNEzDCKZ!ElXmNytaQq0GpRqwkU_fuAVFh1RI0fYmJSWFEmeTqrE
2)
https://mega.nz/#!pdEF1Jba!tQN5RiGXjHz-JCWBYmzvF9tf91vrWv7Vbboi_treF4w
Just flash 1st file and next 2nd file by using twrp and reboot it will take some time at samung logo then volte is enabled.
Thank me

Needed original files(00028874 and carrier_police.xml) from the European version.
