I just wanted to say thank you,

Kept my SGS2 always up2date due to this awesome community work.
After i got my S4A i always had problems with costum roms with network / processing / non-booting / bootlooping or whatever....
This ROM is just perfect. Everything runs smooth so far. No unexpected errors. Just like i love it.
Download, Wipe, Install, WORKS!
Thanks for your work!

Not sure what to advice on problems report for nightly not yet built. (Nov. 14th) 14.11 is next week
Generally speaking don't jump into advice to Odin flash latest modem.bin and specific NOT NON-HLOS.bin to fix anything. It can create more issues.
When switch between different AOSP /CM based roms (your forum history tell you have been in PAC world lately) a thorough clean-up is best advice. CWM format data, dalvik, cache and /system before CWM flash latest cm-11-20141103 and latest gapps. Or I can confirm CM11 - 1029 with Location mode =device only lock fast on Glonass and US sat.
I have never flashed any modem or NON-HLOS.bin separately to fix whatever.
Sorry, actually i am on cm-11-20141104... So i will try clean my System an re-flash it. Ty

Wifi issues
Hi guys,
i'v got a problem regarding wifi activation/connection. I flashed the latest RC of the pac man ROM, which is btw awesome, and after a couple of days i'm not able to activate my wifi again. It happend over night and after I tried to reactivate it, it just shows me the status that "wifi will be activated" but nothing happens. Is this a well-known issue? Are there any fixes for this?
Thanx in advance for reply!!!

Nope, the i537 has a locked bootloader, so you cannot use any ROM that requires a custom kernel. Start reading about SafeStrap, it's your only choice.
What about the i537?
If this rom doesnt work with it then what does? I really want to run Pac Roms on this phone, because I love how well it runs on my nexus tablet. I just cant find roms for this thing anywhere!

You need to search for SafeStrap compatible ROMs. You'll probably find them in the AT&T S4 forum.
A lot of people have good things to say about Hyperdrive.

Nope, you can use this ROM, you'll just need to put in the T-Mo APN settings in order to connect to the T-Mo network.
help me!
Friends, this powerful this ROM, I love, but I have a problem with the camera. sometimes it tells me that my camera could not connect, anyone have any advice to give solution to my problem. I also want to know if it is possible to flash the camera's native s4 active beforehand grace.
Same problem on camera, i think it's related to porting, some libs not perfect.
Usually i made a fast reboot (not fully) and then works .
For flashing native camera, i think that will not work cause many tw files are missing.

5.1 working quite smoothly after 3 days. No camera bugs, speakers ok too. The only issue I´ve found so far is battery drain compared to CM12 which I used until last week.

Roaming Indicator Flashing
My Moto X (XT1056) works perfectly on stock ROM but when I installed CM11 on it, its roaming indicator started flashing. I have tried changing its network modes but still it keeps on flashing. I can receive messages and calls but can't make any call or send messages. What to do?
Sorry, I 'm new to this , which version I should download for my moto x 1058, thanks
i don´t speak english correctly
In June, I made a mistake that wiped my phone all the way down to boot img. Using adb and my extremely limited knowledge of how to use it, I was able to get this puppy up and running again. Due to money issues, it's just a small entertainment center for me now, (music, movies while I ride the bus, news & books, etc,) so I depend on WiFi heavily. When I (luckily!) Reformatted the phone from scratch, (misplaced my backup, when internal memory was wiped when the oops happened,) cm11 was having problems with WiFi. I believe that, from what I'm reading in the cm11 post, that the WiFi issue is cleared up and I'd like to get up to date, setting as how I'm using an April release. I'm using a sprint moto x, (1056, I THINK!?)
Am I gonna have to find this modem people are talking about, or can I just clean flash up to the latest nightly?
Can anyone throw me a little bone here?
Thanks, all...
Any and all info is greatly appreciated!!!

Before anything, reinstall the stock ROM. After that you can use some custom rom if you want.
Don't forget to back up your data.

Hi. I use cm 11 during 2 weeks and i have a problem wih the gps. Indeed, on the lastest nightly, the gps can't fix. How can we make the gps fixing ? Thank you
Sorry for my bad english.
Following this thread since a couple of month I see there won't be a snapshot coming.
So: is there a nice daily you recommend for my moto x (xt1052)?
Since its a long way from stock 4.4.4 I don't intend to wipe.... more than -hopefully- once.

Flash stock ROM get GPS lock, boot into recovery flash CM. GPS should work. I have to do this every once in while when GPS starts acting up usually good until you clean flash or switch Roms.

I was having this problem until moments ago. GPS Status and Toolbox would never find a single satellite, though I found it worked fine in stock.
Strangely, Tekanina's advice worked for me on my Xt1053 DE. I restored a TWRP backup of stock (not for the first time), got GPS lock, then flashed the latest CM nightly, got an binary error on flashing, did a wipe, binary error went away, flash succeeded, booted up, got GPS satellites right away! Not sure if it was getting a GPS lock in stock, or the full wipe that fixed this. I though for sure GPS was borked in recent versions of CM on ghost. Seems it isn't!

Unfortunately, no, it doesn't. Due to the lack of a normal notifications LED, this means you get no indication at all of notifications. There is a bright green LED in the earpiece that a couple of people have figured out how to turn control, but apparently it can't be used as a notification LED because (at least for now) it requires a USB connection to turn on:

Anyone know of a recent, stable version that I can fall back to?

Everything was perfectly working on stock.
But After flashing latest Build today on my XT 1056 sprint, Signal bar showing 'R' with no signal. But I can make call & msg.

CM11 caused sensor failure for me. And even when I restored stock ROM, sensors still didnt work. Once I installed CM11 latest nightly, sensors all worked again, but the next morning, they stopped working again. I think it's not HW issue but more of a SW issue, since many people are facing this problem.
That's why I asked if anyone noticed any sensor problems with this ROM, because I might give it a shot. Not sure why my sensors stopped working though.
Gapps
what do you mean... "dont install stock gapps"
so gapps from http://wiki.cyanogenmod.org/w/Google_Apps isnt ok?
what happens if I flash Gapps from website I provided? Sorry for stupid questions but I dont have much knowledge about this stuff.
Micro-SD not detected...
Like it's written in the title... i flashed the latest version of your rom (2.9) and when I go to Settings/Storage and I mount my micro-sd card it shows "Total Space 0.00 B, Available 0.00B"...
The capacity of my sd-card is 64GB. Does your ROM support 64GB cards? (later I flashed Vanir's ROM and CM-nigthtly's and there were no problems).
Thanks for your response
Im not able to download latest rom. Stops at 19.57kb.
Edit. In fact i cant download any files. For example: i tried to download gapps and it didnt work. Downloads some kb of that file and stops. Im confused...
Edit2. Its something wrong with Dolphin browser. Default browser downloads with no problem.
@juhca: It should work, but I don't have a card with that size. Are you using more than one partition and is it fat32? Any chance you can provide some logs(kernel and logcat)?
Anyone else having this problem?
@alfsamsung - no I'm using one partition exFat (instead of exFat, should it be fat32?)
I included the requested log files in included zip file.
And I also have a last question. My phone is constantly losing network signal (regardless of ROM - also Cyanogen, Vanir and Beanstalk)... most of the times when I switch between the network modes (2G, 3G) and I have to retype my pin. But in some cases, when I don't change the network mode, it shows a full signal bar, but I cannot call nor connect to the internet. I have to reboot my phone or leave it on Airplane mode long enough, to retype my pin code.
Do you know anything regarding this issue?
@juhca: Your sdcard gives a lot of io errors and it is mounted first as exfat then vfat. An error occurred while scanning file '/storage/sdcard1/Sounds/Rammstein Discography VBR MP3/ You should backup your card and reformat it. Try the card empty before you move back your files.
And did you do a clean install?
Some users have these network problems and it's difficult to figure out why.Have you tried updating baseband to v20C 7-10-14?
@alfsamsung
Ok thanks I'm backing up my data and in two hours I'll try again. Also yes, I did a clean install because that's what you should do if you are flashing from another custom rom.
Finally, where can i find the baseband v20C 7-10-14? I was looking here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2329768 and here http://lg-phone-firmware.com/index.php?id_mod=15 and also google. But wouldn't that revert it to stock rom and then I'd have to root it again?
Follow this guide to update to v20C
Thanks, I'm trying it right know
Doubt
When I lock my phone the light of buttons don't turn off. How can I fix this?
I read it would help to turn the animations off.
@alfsamsung
Ok I fixed the SD-card problem and flashed the v20c baseband and my version was L6260_MODEM_SIC_02.1233.00.
Today I flashed Mahdi 2.9b and now, my baseband version is LGP880AT-00-V20c-232-10-JUL-10-2013.
What I'm asking is, every time I'll want to update or flash new ROM I'll have to re-flash the v20c (L6260_MODEM...) again?
@mateuspecly
Yeah, I've the same problem, but only when charging (even if i disable the light). When I unplug the device from the charger, the buttons are backlit by the default time (5 sec).
You don't need flash that again. Don't worry

I installed the Austrian version of v20c from http://lg-phone-firmware.com/index.php?id_mod=15, but later I compared my baseband to a friends (who flashed the v20c from Germany) and we had the same version: L6260_MODEM_SIC_02.1233.00.
But if that's the problem I'll just flash the german version and try again
EDIT: Now I flashed the german version and flashed a fresh copy of Mahdi... it seems to be working

I try ROMs and ROMs and ROMs and all are unusable, because the
phone freezes with nameless-5.1.1-20151107-p880-nightly or
reboots when starting apps with euphoria-os-1.1-p880-unofficial-20160208-user or
is extremely slow and is stottering with aosplp-20151122-p880
a..s.o
The apps which lead to a reboot with euphoria work fine with aosp and nameless. Euphoria is fast, faster than nameless, which would be fast enough for me. There are no problems which exist with every ROM.
Does anyone have a recommendation for a ROM for the P880 which works without big problems. At the moment I think about to go back to 4.4 and try beanstalk-4.4.4010-20140904-p880cm
Of course I would be happy to find a ROM with fixed stagefright-bugs, but it looks like to be impossible

This is the latest 5.1.1 ROM with security patch level at 2016-04-01. It has all known stagefright bugs fixed so far.
If you wish to report issues on the ROM I shared, then use the thread over there, not here.
MoltenMotherBoard is the last custom ROM that I miss to test. I'm going to try it in the next days.
According to my test, my answer to the thread question is: NO, there's no custom rom working fine for my daily use.
Actually fastest rom was liquid smooth 4.4.4. Our phone hardware outdated. Like the others said this phone is crap
I'm running Euphoria version 1.0-p880-20150130 (Android 5.0.2), it's the best Lollipop based custom ROM for our device in my opinion. Unlike AOSP it has more settings (& features), and it's more stable than later versions of Euphoria. If you want to stick to KitKat, check out the latest CM nightlies.
To be honest, after 2 years of testing custom ROM... today i finally found the best one to keep... STOCK!!!
I've re-discovered the pleasure of see who is calling me at once, not after 20 seconds. I can finally take photos, hear who is calling, open apps without having to wait like 20-30 seconds.
I appreciate the effort of every developer... but at the end, the result is that out of 20-30 custom ROMs for our phone... no one can be used for daily use and being happy with it

having JellyBean running on your device in 2016 is a very very very bad idea.
Here's the issues I found with LG stock JB-4.1.2 ROM v20 euro-open. If you can live with them, then good for you.
- Bluetooth button action broken. Cannot invoke Google Search or Voice Dialer from bluetooth headsets. Fixed in custom ROM such as CM/AOSP KK and LP.
- No update for Google Maps. Version 7 is the final version for v20c. Fixed in CM/AOSP KK/LP.
- No notification from Lock Screen. Fixed in CM/AOSP LP.
- No smart lock to avoid the hassle of entering PINs for known location and known BT device. Fixed in CM/AOSP LP.
- No screen cast. Fixed in AOSP LP.
- No bluetooth tethering. Fixed in AOSP LP.
Actually I'm on stock now (euro 20c), and my version of Maps is 9.25.1.
But yes, you're right...I'm ok because for instance I don't use bluetooth at all.
I still miss to test "AOSP Lollipop 5.1.1 | MoltenMotherBoard"...but my question is: is smooth as the stock? Are these working ? camera, flash, barcode, dialer reader, calls in general..
thanks in advance

When I was still on LG stock JB, Maps somehow got updated. But then the device slowed to crawl and I factory reset it and I didn't get Google Play store to update it again. Glad you have it and it works for you.
Barcode and FM radio are not working. If these 2 are important to you, then you should stick with LG stock.
For UI smoothness, I think Lollipop itself has made tons of improvement that it is at least the same or better than JB. Don't take my words for it, you should try it out yourself and pass on the judgement.

i just get an loop bot, i can't install a kernel..
The touch delay is present since the release of Marshmallow, Nougat and Oreo ROMs in Titan (not sure about Falcon). There is no escape. It's good to see our 2014 devices with the latest version of the Android, but this error is very annoying and is being ignored. Doesn't matter how good the ROM is. If you using any custom ROM with Android 6.0 and up on titan, i'm sure you have this issue.
So i want to open a discussion about this issue here
If you don't know what i talking about, let's simulate the issue:
Try to write something in stock keyboard of your MM,Nougat or Oreo ROM. Now try pressing a second finger in the screen out of the keyboard and write anything else... You noticed? No?
Try to play a very intensive tap game, like Geometry Dash. Play a bit. Now play with a second finger on screen... You noticed?
Only KitKat and Lollipop Roms are free from this bug.
So, the only workaround for this touch delay is pressing a second finger on screen. Shame.
The questions left: Anyone knows a solution? The cause of this issue? There is no way to fix this?
I tried some custom kernels, no success.
I don't think anyone will ever fix this issue unfortunately,it was supposed to be fixed with the last official update(MM 6.0,bootloader 0x4887),but the problem is still there.

I think it is a kernel related issue rather than the bootloader, like some people said on lenovo foruns.I don't have proper knowledge to fix it,you could try to contact some of our developers, maybe there's still someone interested.

Every single ROM above 6.0 that I tested have this problem (Cm,AOKP,AOSP,Lineage,Slim,DU,CypherOS,AEX,CrDroid,RR and many more),with and without custom kernels.
I don't use my Moto G to play games , but some random games from PlayStore (Minigore 2, Bejeweled 2, Samurai II) the touch doesn't work well (or simply doesn't work! You can test all of them if you want). Using a 5.1 ROM, they work normally. It would be nice if the people post more problems about this touch issue happening on apps/games on Moto G Titan. I want to know if the same happens on Moto G Falcon, 4G variants.
Just stick to stock Lollipop rom guys. Newer versions of Android are just not meant to be on this phone, either on a custom or a stock ROM.

Well, I used ViperOs (7.1) as my daily driver at work, school for a good time (6 months I guess)... I liked Nougat Features and I guess I will keep using it, or another Nougat ROM, as they work perfectly for it on Titan.
Looks like titan Pie ROMs have the issue too (Used LineageOS 16 for testing).
It sucks that this still has not been resolved. Happened to me as well on LineageOS 16.
I do not feel this in the ROM of the Pixel Experience in the version of android 9, here the touch is normal.

I would like to test it myself and give a feedback, but sadly, my old Moto G2 had the input of the charger/usb connector broken. If anyone have tested the ROM too, would be good if they give a feedback here.
