Hi there... probably not available but what the heck... why not throw out the question?
Is there an S-pen accessory available for the Tab S2? Something smarter than the thick ugly pens with soft tips.
Brgds... /Tubgirl
There is not. What allows the S-pen to work the way it does is hardware in the Note phones/Pro tablets, not software.
Hi
Look for Dot Tek Dot Pen. ..thé Best solution for stylus

My cousin is offering me his tab 8.9 for $150 (6 months old). I already have the G Note, but the 8.9 is nice for note taking also.
For me to buy the tablet, I need to know if I can use a stylus on the tab like my GNote? I already tried my GNote stylus on the tab but didn't work.
Should I go for the tab for taking notes mainly or should I stick to my GNote?
You can use any capacitive stylus but your Note's stylus won't work because it is essentially a digitizer.
If you search for "the verge stylus roundup", they have a nice list of styli reviewed.
I could be wrong but I believe a capacitive stylus will work but will be naturally less accurate.
Should this be in Q&A?
Did someone already used a Wacom Bamboo Stylus Solo/Duo/Pocket with his SGC ? (Bamboo Stylus Fell seems to be only with Note Model)
On google Play you can find an app named Bamboo Paper (Wacom Co. Ltd.) not compatible with SGC.
Need your reply !
Thx

All capacitive styli (ie models for iPad, iPhone and normal Android devices) should work without any problem.
The Feel-series, however, uses an entirely different technology (pressure sensitive technology that is used in graphics tablets) and does not work on any device that does not include that technology.
Noted from a Galaxy Note II
Thx for your reply
Does anyone know if there is an S-pen replacement that can double as an actual ink pen that you can write on physical paper?
I would imagine you turn the pen to change the tip to a ball point pen.

That would be pretty amazing!
I know. I would always have a ball point pen when I actually needed it!
I hope this even exists!

Some Wacom pens work with the note 2 and some of them have ink pens on the opposite end of the digitizer nib.
I'm looking for the same thing. I once had an hold Compaq/HP 2215 PDA that had this, I'm kind of shocked I can't find one for the Note 2.
This is the closest I've found:

Right now on dealnews.com there is a pen/stylus for only 9 dollars shipped. Looks great and neat. Check it out!

That doesn't have the s-pen nib it has just the capacitive tip and so it is not as accurate as the s-pen and won't use the Note 2's digitizer.
That would be cool, I used to have one on my old sony ericsson P800/P900/P910 series smartphones it was an aftermarket one that fitted the phone exactly and has a small cover over the ball point, I dont use pens much, but if you need one your pretty much stuck without one

This is definitely close cause it is a wacom pen. I wish we could find one that fit into the note 2 holster.

Any update on the ink pen?
Anyone know of an S Pen alternative that would be larger and easier to handle? Of course it wouldn't fit in the phone, something that would stay on my desk.

I'm gonna guess that those would work exactly like our SPen...since it's Wacom tech.
Microsoft Surface 1 pen works. There are a few others mentioned on these forums.
I picked up one of these from Amazon a few days ago, so far I like it.

The Staedtler pencil is sweet. Very long, if you like the way a pencil feels after it's very first sharpening, strength and weight wise, it's great. And it comes with a cap, albeit a delicate one, to protect the tip. It does not have a side button and comes with no replaceable tips, though I suspect the standard ones that come with the phones stylus will fit.
The new spen that comes with A3 and galaxy book is the best imo. No cap, which I don't like. A $70 pen should have something to protect the sensitive tech in the tip.. Like the Surface Pro 4 pen its magnetic and has a clip.
The Wacom Bamboo Smart (Galaxy Note Version) is as good as the Stad pencil or s3 spen. It has a cap and side button.
Last and pictured to the far left is the Wacom Bamboo Stylus Feel for Galaxy Note. It's the oldest and predecessor to the Bamboo Smart. It uses replaceable tips but not like the newer ones used in the pens mentioned above. Though all plastic and the same texture and weight as the Bamboo Smart, it is painted to have some silver accents, and is more attractive imo than Wacom's Bamboo Smart, which is matte black throughout.
I have owned the second variation of Samsung's Spen with eraser (There are 2 models: 1 released after Note 2 and one after Note 8.o and 10.1) I lost it during a recent move. It was good. Used same older style tips as Bamboo Feel and the eraser was handy. Good luck finding one of these for sale.
There is a bluetooth spen (model 5100??) that was released around the same time as note 8.0. Once paired it answers calls, plays music, and so on...
Any wacom emr or penabled stylus will work.
I'm using Bamboo stylus. All features seem to work fine. Got it at Best buy after they ran out of Surface pens with the intent to return if it didn't work. Had it for a few months now. No regrets.
I've bought spen from tab S3. In meeting is better for take notes
why not just get one from ebay?

Dear co-owners of this great tablet. Just a question.
I bought an 8GB/265GB version of the Samsung Galaxy Tab s6 for only €150. The only downside is that it didn't come with a case, charger or s-pen.
I thought to buy a case and s-pen separately. But there these are no longer for sale for the tab s6.
Do pens from other Samsung tabs or phones also work on the tab s6 inc. the bluetooth functionality?
If so, which ones?
And what exactly is the added value of the bluetooth?
Hi,
I used to use the Pen for galaxy s3 and now i'm using the Wacom One Pen CP91300B2Z .
The Wacom pen work very well , but none of them had the Bluetooth functionality, and in my case i didn't need them anyway.
There is the link for the Wacom pen :
