3G doesn't work ICS

I have BCM 4.1U2 and the 3G have never worked but it's strange because 2g, edge, and hspa work fine. Anybody with same problem?

On GSM Arena the network specs are as follows:
2G Network GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 - C6602, C6603
3G Network HSDPA 850 / 900 / 2100 - C6603
HSDPA 850 / 900 / 1700 / 1900 / 2100 - C6602
4G Network LTE 800 / 850 / 900 / 1800 / 2100 / 2600 - C6603
How will flashing 03 firmware on the 02 will affect that?
