I've put together a recovery-flashable zip of the classic haters gonna hate gif. I've personally tested this on my Galaxy S III and it works perfect. If everything blows up on your phone, don't blame it on me. You know the risks you're taking by flashing stuff.

Instructions:
1. Download to your phone's SD card
2. Flash in recovery
3. Reboot from recovery.
4. Enjoy the Haters gonna hate bootanimation on your Galaxy S III
For those of you who wish to know, the bootanimation is flashed to /data/local rather than /system/media.
To install manually with Root Explorer, etc. :
1. Download and extract the CWM flashable boot animation file below
2. In the extracted file, navigate to /data/local and copy the bootanimation.zip file
3. Navigate to the root of your SD card
4. Go to /data/local and paste the file there OR alternatively /system/media, overwriting any old boot animation (please backup your old boot animation if you wish to revert soon). Please note that /data/local is the first place that the OS looks for a boot animation. Any boot animation placed in /data/local will override a boot animation placed in /system/media.
5. Reboot and enjoy
This SHOULD work on any device with a 720x1280 resolution. If you flash this on phone other than a Galaxy S III, you do so at your own risk.
Please note: Image in OP is not actual size due to resizing issues. The actual boot animation will fit perfectly in the screen. Enjoy!

Hey folks I tried to modify an animation for myself because the ones I found weren't what I searched,
so I mixed two of them together and made "my own". Credits go to the ones who made them.
first i started with the apple vs android from this thread (autor unknown, didn't find a post for it.)

Did a little bit resizing the solution to 1080x1920, resized the Apple logo and so on..
The only thing i couldn't really handle was the compression of the bmp/jpg/png files, so the file is 7mb but in this case.. it's just a number
I made this for Samsung Galaxy A3 please note that the Files are in *.qmg format.
For anyone who wants to make a Bootanimation.zip i uploaded the image files but without the desc.txt

To make it clear, i do not take any responsibilty for crashes, brick, bootloops or other failures from wrong installation!
Installation:
Make a backup of your originals!
- Go to /system/media
- Rename bootsamsung.qmg and bootsamungloop.qmg to *.qmg.bak
- copy and overwrite files from sdcard to /system/media via RootExplorer or ES Explorer
- Set permissions to rw--r--r (chmod 644)
- reboot and enjoy
You may also can push it via adb but thats your own choice.

About
This is twrp flashabe zip which will install Stock lenovo vibe UI's file manager into any custom rom for lenovo vibe p2
Feature of the Lenovo file manger is it shows us that this videos, music, other files such as zip, text documents etc on internal storage so we can easily select everything which we need on SD card in a single click.
I wasn't able to find a proper file manager using with this feature so I have ported stock file manger to work on custom roms and most probably every other devices based on nougat roms.
Feature in simple language
One key transfer - One click to transfer all picture, music and video files from the phone’s internal storage to the external SD card. Transferred files are stored in the FileBrowser folder in the external SD card.

Install apps over ADB
Install apks on any Android device running any Android version over ADB!
Hi all,
From a long time i was fiddling around with a problem of installing/downloading apps after installing a new ROM.
Thus i came up with an idea of a Batch File to install all of your apks from your system
to your phone in a few tips and taps. Hah! Found my solution .
How does it look?
To see some screenshots, please click below.
Tested on
The script had been tested on a couple of androinds but should work on any android device.
Downloads
Google Drive - Here is the link to Drive.
Link Below - You can also find the file below.
Installation instructions
Prerequisites
1. Platform Tools for Windows (ADB),
2. APK files,
3. Target phone connected to PC and
4. A cup of COFFEE or TEA as you like it.
Process
1. Download it from the attachments below or from the drive link above or here.
2. Copy the file to the ADB folder.
3. Execute the file.
4. You can either place your apps in "D:\Apps" folder. (Sllloooowwwww.....)
ORChange the folder location in batch file itself. (Requires some Coding Skills)
ORBatch file will ask you to change the location, if required. (Easy Installation, Pick Me!)
Troubleshooting
I don't think it's needed. But even then if you get any problem do write. I'll be happy to resolve it.
Enjoy, and also don't forget to write anything (Good, Bad or Thanks etc.)!
