As far as I know there isn't currently any way to downgrade to FroYo, unless you have a phone that is S-OFF. So even if you have a FroYo ROM, you probably won't be able to do anything with it.

Hi I'm living in Jakarta, which part of Indonesia you are living. I seek froyo ROM too. I would like to have a try to downgrade my IS with GB (FOTA updated). I have no issue with the device, but I dont like HTC locked the boot loader, most user waiting alpharevX, however we probably get lucks by combining many procedure available on the net )

Hi, this may be a silly question, but I cant find answer. I saw on twitter that the new official lollipop 7.17.1540.7 is up,but I dont see any news at the development thread, not even system dump. Is something wrong or what? (sorry for my non-perfect english )

System/firmware dumps are available, uploaded myself at launch, 4 days ago.
Roms will probably be updated when the official 7.xx.401.x ota update will be released.
Oh thanks, I must have been blind or what But is this the final version of lollipop with sense or not? I am sorry but I am a bit confused.

The moment you flash another firmware, your root is gone.
If the question you have is if this will work on a unlocked bootloader; the answer is yes (source: I have a VIE-L09 on unlocked bootloader - and did this this morning)

Google it, although I do not think you'll find something, there's almost nothing for those variants.
Does somebody have the official firmware for the XT1925-5 variant?

Motorola does not share on the official server, only a few people have access but you can download the official rom from these websites:
https://mirrors.lolinet.com/firmware/moto/ali/official/RETAIL/
https://moto.netlib.re/ali/
https://androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=279389
Sorry for the late reply. And thanks for the links. I really appreciate it.

If you ever can't find your firmware, you can always log into Motorola's website and send them a message requesting it. They will send you a temporary link to their server so you can download it. I did this way back when before they posted the G3 firmware. They're usually happy to help you fix your own stuff, it saves them money.
