Because what ever you shared for existenz v1.0 is also not working fine with the Xperia ZR 4.2.2.

Maybe Someone porting this rom for xperia z.

Please make your choice:
1. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2779949
2. Go ahead and create your own lollipop styled ROM
3. Have some patience for the official lollipop as @Vlad5555 already said.
4. Sell ur Z and buy Z1, Z2, or Z3

Install a theme with Lollipop look or wait patiently because that is not so hard todo !!
