guys i am using micromax a104 from 10 months it was working fine..but now suddenly some ads started coming someone suggested me to factory reset my mob so i do as he said but now when i resetted my mob i was not able to sign in Google accounts it was saying "there was an error communicating with google.
..... But when i updated google play services then i started sign in my account and it continued sign in and goes on signing in for 30 minutes or more and does not sign in ...pls ...help me how did i sign in google account...

Did you bother asking in that device's forum?
Also, if you forget your Google account, it's going to be very hard to recover it, unless you know all your secret questions and info etc.

So I decided to give stock a try again and I'm having some trouble. I booted up and got to the Verify your account screen. I try logging into my Google account, it goes through the 2-step verification... and then asks me to sign in again in a horrible infinite loop. As a result I can't get into my phone. What can I do here?

Hi, did you fix it? I found a similar issue with a Moto XT1096 from Verizon, after a Factory Reset it ask for Google account but keep asking in a loop, would help if you get a solution and can share it. :good:

You have to login with the same google account tou had before the factory reset.

Sorry, there is no other solution. This is an anti-theft system which is designed to make a phone useless if stolen then formated.

Hello Everyone, i'm sure you know this message... I jast can't pass it, drives me crazy! (This device was reset to continue, sign in with a Google account previously synced on this device)
The story:
I just bought a used Mi5, installed CM13 + GAps, and this message appeared when i tried to start the phone for first time (initial setup).
So, the previous owner didn't remove his google account, to use the phone, i first has to login with his account. OK.
(NOTE:he tried to login to google devices / security page, and remove the phone from there, he couldn't
What i did:
I called the previous owner, and asked for his password.
He provided me, but since he was using his G-passwords other places as well, changed it to a temporary, and gave that to me.
Tried to login with HIS Google Account, then the message changed: "sorry, due to the reason, that the password changed recently, you can't login to this device" ...OUCH
OK... I thought, i put MIui 8 Global back, and try it from there.
Installed Stock firmware Mi8 started with the initial setup, logged into google with the previous owner account, WORKED!
Went to settings, removed the previous owner account,
reboot,
Did a factory reset.
Started MI again, added my google account,
reboot.
Install CM13 + Gaps.
THE MESSAGE IS STILL THERE (This device was reset to continue, sign in with a Google account previously synced on this device), can't login to the phone.
So after installing CM13 google still dedects the phone with as it's connected to the previous owner. I'm really clueless here.
IS there any solution for this? HELP ME PLEASE (screaming out loud)

I think before doing factory reset, you should login to your own google acc.
If you will use cm13, wipe everything and flash rom and reboot, wait for home screen to show up and then flash gapps... The point is flash the gapps after first boot.

I'm not sure about that, i mean, the posts are usually saying, that remove the account, then do the factory reset, but it may worth a shot, if it works, i will report back here.
I really don't know why i didn't think of that

For MI Max 2 i had reset the phone and forgot my Microsoft account password and also recovery option also not available, how can i proceed, please help me to resolve this. after adding new mail id error message is coming like 'This device was reset to continue, sign in with a Google account previously synced on this device'.

I had my S10 "repaired" by the official samsung service because of a problem I had with fingerprint ID, and when I got it back after the fix I restored it via my smartswitch backup... and everything worked except the features that come with the samsung account (bixby, updates, galaxy store etc).
I even factory resetted the phone and I got the same problem.
When I try to login with my samsung account it loads for a minute or so and then says "processing failed"!
When I press continue with google it says "Incorrect password"!
Is there a fix for this or should I just send the phone back to service?

Try using a computer or another device and reset your Samsung password.

I tried... its like the phone is bugged or something! Even with a new password, a factory reset, still the same error... "processing failed"

I can only login with google on samsung members...
When i try logging in with the samsung account i get the same error.. keeps loading and loading until it says processing failed
edit: but when i go to settings on samsung members app it says "guest" and when i try to edit name it asks me to login ... and in this window.. i cant even login via google account (weird cuz soon as the app opened it let me login with google but i guess it just accepted me as a guest even though my email appears on the guest profile)
as a first time samsung user im really disappointed at how buggy software + account could be

Try posting this question over in the Samsung Community. That's assuming you can log into Samsung Community. ?
