Tried everything from Sony but not luck

Hey guys i am new to sony yesterday i flashedy xperia z in.flashtool to android 4.3 and.it booted flawlessly today i want to unlock the bootloader , my bootloader is unlockable but someone told me i should downgrade first is that right?!

No you don't need to downgrade.
Only if you own a z1 you have to upgrade to 4.3 or your cam focus will be broken.

Dont forget to backup ta partition. Unlocking bootloader will void your warranty and wipe all data in phone.
You can restore ta partition to return back factory state with drm certificates.
to backup ta partition you have to be rooted.
if your phone is not rooted yet, only way is downgrade to 4.2.2, which can be rooted.

If u r talking about "developer option" then u have to click 8-9 times on build number present in "About Phone" option.

MTK engineering mode is for MTK devices only. The Z has a Qualcomm SoC.
You can get into the service menu by entering *#*#7378423#*#* in the dialer.

But in xperia c there is a file when you flash it by cwm it's give you mtk engineermode , there is any file like this for xperia z ?

The Xperia C has a MTK SoC, so therefore the MTK engineer mode works for it. You cannot activate it on the Z, because it doesn't have a MTK SoC.

No. It can't be done on the Z. If you try and edit the location it's in you will permanently brick your phone.
Even if it could be done, it isn't allowed to be discussed on XDA.

Cable usb on pc volume down and flash tool reset all data... after reborn telefon

Okay I did it anyway now I just flashed an old version of a Sony Xperia Z C6603 and then just upgraded like 4 times all the way back up to 5.1.1 and it also let me keep all my data
Edit: I dunno how to close a thread so I guess this will just stay here...

You can't close thread, you need to ask some of moderators to close it
