I also ordered a traditional one too just in case. Never tried one of these before.
Got some matte screen protectors. May get a tempered glass if I have the phone long enough.

Came across this tempered glass protector for £5 delivered, definitely worth a try at that price

I took my nillikin tempered glass of after 1 day. its a total finger print magnet. crazy crazy smudges/prints, horrible. Must have no coating at all.
I prefer the MIME ghost glass. I emailed them and they said it would be available a week after release. The MIME on my M7 is the best protector I have ever had. I have tried most out there on one device or another.
Once you go glass, you can never go back to PET.
Spigen also has one on Amazon
Any opinions on Rhino Shield and Impact Shield?
I think Rhino Shield was the original impact resistant protector (funded on Kickstarter).
Impact Shield costs slightly more and is already available. Rhino Shield for M8 is coming soon.

Does this leave fingerprints and smudges behind? My gf and I signed up with Verizon the other day and they had a tempered glass for her iPhone 5s and it's amazing! Don't remember the brand but the feel is unreal and hardly any smudges or prints on it after a full day use!
They only had generic Verizon branded screen protectors for the M8 device in the store so they put on of those on for me. Like a zagg/plastic feel and collects prints and smudges like no other.
I'm really interested in going tempered glass after feeling it on my gf's iPhone, night and day compared to anything on the market that is Not tempered glass!
Looking for one that has no prints or smudges especially since i have oily skin. Thanks!

The MIME has the coating that resists fingerprints but no screen protector can eliminate them totally.

I understand nothing is perfect of course but someone stated above a tempered glass that gets smudges and prints really bad. Trying best to avoid this.
Also, I'm terrible at installing screen protectors, always get bubbles. Are these tempered glass one easy to install with no bubbles since u basically only get one? Thanks!

Gotcha. I have had the MIME on my M7 since a week after getting it. It resists fingerprints and smudges better than the naked glass but I still get them. They are easily removed with a wipe.
I have the same issue with screen protectors. Most say they need to be installed in a dust free area. Not sure many of us have "clean rooms"
The MIME was very easy to install and had no bubbles. I did have to reposition it once after initial install but it came off easily and went back on with no bubbles.
If you have a dusty room, no screen protector will totally avoid dust bubles but you should not get them if there is no dust on the screen. Since these are glass, they are not as flexible as the PET protectors and thus are less prone to air bubbles.
I've already ordered the iblason tempered glass off amazon. I used one for my nexus 7, before any others were available and it's actually been really good. And it's cheap.
But I'm also going to be rocking the Mime once they're available. They have the best customer service. They're supposed to just give you a discount if you break the protector.. Or have any issues and need replacement.
On multiple occasions, they've just sent me a code for a replacement no questions asked. They've made me a lifetime customer. As for their quality, they can only be compared to spigen. Simply the best.
Until they come out with a feather+ for the One, I'd actually recommend the thicker ghost glass because the edges will be rounded and you won't have a sharp edge. Even though the feather is much thinner.

Hope it works.
No more of this whitestone loca glue bs

Seen an article on android Central about this as well, hope it pans out. Say they have figured out sensitivity and gotten rid of halo effect. I am using armor suit in the mean time. Would love to have real glass for the s pen tho...

LOL. I don't see why it won't work with an otterbox. It is very case friendly. Fits perfectly with the Ringke Air.
Sorry I don't have any pictures, and I believe its .33mm thick.
My advice: Dont use the installation tray. It seems to place the screen protector about half a mm to the side, which causes bubbles.
Go to your edge lightint setting and take a screen shot with the edge light lit up. Use that as a guide and make sure you get it exactly center side-to-side. Theres a little play vertically so it's not as important.
Use the squeegee to push all the air out of the middle. Then one side at a time GENTLY pry up the edge and use your thumb or finger to push the bubbles on the edge out. My first one took a few tries. I cracked it somehow and got a second one, which installed perfectly the first try without the tray.

u said many can you share a few please? I am creating a list in another thread I will mention ur name for items you provide (not like I am getting paid anyways XD)
They doesn't sell singularity stuff on EU, so me and i guess a lot of other person cannot buy that :/
Ok, so if you have the old Zagg Glass Curve registered for the lifetime warranty, when you request a replacement, the new Elite is one of the no cost replacement option.
You do have to pay shipping ($6 for the Note 8 version and $10 for the S8 Plus version)
But if you happen to already have the original Glass Curve (or can come up with one cheap *cough-Amazon-Warehouse-Deals-cough*), then you can get it replaced with the Elite for just a few bucks. Some have had luck calling Zagg, and they will replace them with no shipping cost.

My thoughts:
I also hate the dot matrix TGSPs. I bought a used one month old Note 8, and the previous owner had one of those TGSPs on it since day one. Some dust had seeped under the TGSP, which is common considering theres only adhesive on the edges. And sensitivity SUCKED.
When I took the TGSP off, one piece of dust had actually etched a spot into the screen from rubbing between the screen glass and the TGSP. So the screen protector caused the damage it was supposed to prevent.
With no full adhesive TGSPs, and the unwillingness to try a LOCA install, I tried a few wet install protectors. The look abd feel GREAT. Until you use the SPen a few times and the TGSP holds every line you draw.
Finally found the Singularity full adhesive TGSP. Love it. Except its $20, and no warranty. The first one lasted about three weeks and got a large chip on the top and cracked. Probably my fault, I set it facedown at the gym. But had to buy a new one.
Now the second one lasted one day before mysteriously developing two hairline cracks in it. Im still using it, but the cracks are there.
So I have spent over $50 in screen protectors on the month I've owned this phone.
With the Zagg Elite, yes its $50. But it's full adhesive and has a lifetime warranty. It costs $6 shipping to replace it if I break it. Thats so much cheaper than any other option out there.
By the way, if you already have the original Zagg Glass Curve, the Elite is an available replacement option for it under the warranty.

Maybe I'm wrong and the ZAGG is different, somehow. I only got it for the warranty though.

Wrt to Spigen case, it's exactly not a perfect fit. You would have to carefully put in the case like how you would put a tight shoe on but it's possible. The same measures have to be taken everytime you put on the case. It's best you get it applied by a professional and tell him to plug in the charger while he is at it.
While adjusting or re-applying be sure nor to put pressure on the the camera and sensor cut outs as it's more prone to brakage due to paculiar surface tention.
I was really impressed with he clarity and touch response.

They will in time, or else you can just write to them and see if there are any other alternative options.
[email protected]
In the end don't regret putting such heavy money these items, do your due research, read reviews and buy products from Amazon which has good quality products at fraction of these prices...
Spigen is been in the business for a long time and is one of the top players for cases, you can check the Amazon review for Spigen cases for anyphone and you will find the average customer rating 4 starts or above.
I was initially in doubt about buying the case as i was eager to try out the Official Xiaomi's armoured case for POCO F1 but with the in-box silicon case's fit and protection, I have my doubts. Spigen costs 720, their cases are usually costly but I think they have priced it competitive to Xiaomi's 799 Rugged Armour Case.
Wrt to Nellkin tempered glass, I agree its comparatively costly compared to other products in Amazon but all the brands put there seems to be a just a distributors made up brand just for marketing a mass produced tempered glass.
Nellkin buys their glass from AGC Inc. a Japanese glass manufacturing company owned by Mitsubishi. So there is some quality aspect to it, so you have any idea what kind of material is used of the products sold on Amazon? Because you may be ending up paying 200 - 300 for a product whose raw material value is about 40 bucks, glass material is the core any tempered glass.
Nellkin seems to be the only tempered glass in market that actually covers " Edge to Edge" and with holes for "Notification light". I have used it my OP2 previously and I can garuntee it has a genuine Olephophic coating.
Amazon reviews for Nellkin OP2:
https://www.amazon.in/dp/B0140KRQTI/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_WkDXBbZ6SP4GS
https://ibb.co/cfYW1L
The screen replacement would cost me 6K, my regrets would be a broken screen even after buying a case and a tempered glass.
I know a lot of you are skeptical about purchasing from AliExpress, to be honest this is my first purchase too. But with regards to the brand i have used Nellkin before for my OP2.
Will make a review as soon as i receive it and it's fit wrt the Spigen case.
P.S:
I'm sharing below the details of the store from where i made the purchase, other stores may be offering for lower prices but the link posted above is the "Official Nellkin Store" certified by AliExpress as "Top Brands". Hence the genuinity of the product is not compromised.

https://flavour-design.pl/szklo-har...MIwYnk8P2y3wIVUImyCh2DjgUDEAQYASABEgL9JfD_BwE
It sits perfectly, no air bubles, it covers an entire screen and an in display fingerprint sensor works perfectly too. There are tons of instructions on youtube on how to install it properly and it is not hard at all. One thing you must remebmer is to cure it for about 10 seconds first, then wipe off any glue from the edges and then cure properly for about a minute or so. I can honestly say this is by far the best tempered glass screen protector for M20P
Does it work with spigen cover or other covers? I really like the spigen rugged armor but it makes me glass protector pop off..

Yes it should. I have tried a cover from Huawei and two other cases, one of them being Alogy Carbon and no issues. I've seen a rugged armor case is shaped pretty much the same as Alogy so it shoud be ok.

Do you know if this can be found on a international site or has another name I can search for? Wanted to check if someone in Norway had it stocked before I ordered abroad.
I have wasted my money on some sxxx full glass protectors. The best one that I am having now is from a Taiwanese brand Hoda. It's a UV glued screen protector. You need to have some tools or need someone to do it. Smooth to touch, stain-proof, and no bubbles. There's some little space left for protective cases, but no gaps after they are installed. Five diffetent cases have been tried with, including the original one, all fit. I am very satisfied.

Hi,
Despite not having the best score in terms of user feedback, I am very happy with this one :
https://www.amazon.fr/dp/B07KQ81VBM
(spigen) case friendly and no major impact on fingerprint sensor.
This one is perfect :
Zanzariera Magnetica Magicmag... https://www.amazon.fr/dp/B07K6DX3WZ?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Is there any tempered glass screen protector that works with the ultrasonic fingerprint scanner other than Whitestone Dome Glass ?

Let me know how it works out. I haven't used a screen protector for the s7edge, s8 or s9+ cause they didn't stay correctly. If this works will definitely consider buying it.
Not been an ass or anything but if you spend 1K on this phone pretty sure you can afford a GOOD glass protector that only cost 50$. For me is a no brainer I always used them before and they work perfectly.

ok but i cant get it here, it would cost me 69.99$ + 32.38$ shipping + 43$ tax = 145.45$ which is double the actual cost so a 16$ screen protector sounds good to me.
Looks like this one works with the fingerprint sensor, only $6 cad https://www.aliexpress.com/item/UV-...lgo_pvid=79f9452f-748d-47a7-8ffc-2d91d07842af
