Not talking about links to do it yourself. I'm talking about the update being pushed to your phone.
My Nexus 6 is on AT&T (LMY48M), and I haven't received the update yet.
AT&T will be a little slow bro, you'll have to flash factory if you want it now! I am downloading as we speak.

Mine's the factory unlocked version. I'm just using it on AT&T. I think I'll be fine
Also, both my Nexus 7 and Nexus 9 have not received the OTA update as well.

Just as the title says. It is 574.05MB Software version 3.04.651.2. Go and get it. I was hoping someone in our fine community had this rooted already.
Got mine in KY earlier today, haven't had a chance to play around with it as of yet.

I was also hoping someone has a root method for this! It's available in St. Louis, MO for anyone interested in downloading the update. It's being pushed to the phones but if it hasn't hit yours yet you can manually update it ota!

So rumor has it right now that theres an update coming out for the G Flex next month in April that is supposed to include 4.4 and also knock code. Do you guys think that this is an update everyone should do? Or is it going to make it even harder for people trying to unlock the bootloader if we update?

I'm pretty sure the current root method won't work once the Flex is updated to KitKat. I know with the G2 a developer was able to make a stock KitKat Rom with Root quickly. Not sure the Flex will be so lucky since the Flex seems more locked down then the G2. I was a flash whore but I'm cool with stock for now.

Sprint is usually quick with updates so hopefully they push it out real soon
Gonna be awhile I'd imagine for US due to most of the carriers taking their good Ole time pushing them through. Just bought mine today and has 4.2.2, lol! I had 4.3 on my note 2. I wish I had a time machine like that, haha!

We will get it pretty soon.....I Hope ? atleast my note 3 already has 4.4.2 ?

Just got a reply from LG that there will come official info for the EU/nordic model within a few weeks
For those of us that are rooted how will we get the ota update? Will it come to use and we can just do the update and still keep the root or do we have to unroot in order to update?

You would need to unroot. Do not try ota while rooted.

there haven't been any updates on the flex, so no one knows if you can do it or not..
the cardinal rule has always been NEVER do an OTA update if you are rooted..

according to all the internet rumor mills/sources, its coming sometime in the next 30 days.
since each carrier has their own "version" that they push, it could be alot sooner or alot later, depending on your carrier..
Today android 5.0 Is roll out to nexus 7 2012 . I wait it today !!
Its only rumoured to be today. Not guaranteed. But I have to admit I'm pretty excited. This is one of the biggest android releases if not the biggest. I'm checking updates every 20 mins [emoji3]
Will the 2012 Nexus 7 be getting the Lollipop update?
Yes...we will!
http://www.androidcentral.com/yes-even-2012-nexus-7-will-get-updated-android-50-lollipop
Yes nexus 7 2012 is also guaranteed the update
I'm waiting for the factory image so I can start fresh as my n7 has been running like a pig.
I've actually moved away From the Nexus 7 onto the tab s , but still have the device and would like to see the impact that Lollipop has on a device that's Now 2 years old, and hopefully bring life back to the device for use , I understand the update is only rumoured to be out today but hopefully will be released
If Android L is pushed as an update I'll gladly ditch CM11 and return to stock.. Lol

So im not the only one that has been glued to my nexus 7 ? lol im so impatient ! ha
Yep, I'm flashed back to stock and waiting
Let's hope the nand problem is fixed (f2fs makes my n7 freeze) otherwise my n7 is going to fly from my balcony.
I was planning on returning to stock tonight after work. So there is no risk in taking this ota as far as rooting goes, right? A nexus will always be unlockable is my assumption
The problem with OTA is that the update take some random time to come, so if Google publish the images, I will flash manually
maybe it will be here today
https://developers.google.com/android/nexus/images
and OTA after 2 weeks
Still waiting and refreshing for ota update then I check back twitter...saw this
Hello,
Have not received the OTA for 5.0.1. I have the Nexus 6 purchased from Google and using it on AT&T, I'm assuming the OTA will come directly from Google correct?

OTA's are rolled out in random stages and if you're patient, it will come. You can always sideload the OTA. [emoji2]
Sent from my N6 via Tapatalk
I got impatient and side loaded the update on my AT&T N6. If you're familiar with recovery and adb, its a sinch.
Waiting too on Straight Talk ATT. Not rushing to side load yet. Stock unrooted.
Ian B
You can manually flash the update, just skip the formatting userdata command to not lose your apps, and what not.

Recommend side loading the update. There is no difference between receiving via ota and sideloading.

I received ota update for my Nexus 6 AT&T brand by pulling sim card and doing a factory reset. It updated to 6.0 but the boot up animation remained the same as lollipop . I have all the features of 6.0 and no issues at all except Boot up animation.

In all honesty it really doesn't matter as long as it is running 6.0 and no issues which so far so good. I am just curious why boot up isn't different.
