Hello everyone, i bought the teclast x98 (c8j6) I've rooted the tablet with no problem but everytime that i flash a custom rom my touchscreen stop working on android (kernel bug?) I've used many roms none seems to work everytime i got the same problem. The only way to make it working is flashing a boot.img but workss only on android 4.4 version. Any idea what is causing that?
Btw runing 2.02 bios

Yes I know - that problem is solved only on 4.4 ( special kernel ) I was trying to port it to 5.0 but is not possible that way ....

So long story short:
when i downgrade my phone to 4.2.2 , phone is not stable at all , it only works 20-30 seconds and then it restarts .
i tried both tot and kdz method , also did factory reset . but still same . phone only works on kitkat : official 24A/25A(newest firmware) , or some custom roms on kitkat . but JB doesn't work anymore .
some time ago it worked , but for now it doesn't .
So what should i do? i can't understand what's problem . should i try to do that on other computer or with other usb or whatever?
I need downgrade, because my cell radio is off on kitkat and i'm not getting signal at all , radio is disabled (can't figure out whats wrong with this)
maybe i have some hardware problem and it's not software?

I have question about 4.4.2. This night I went to settings to check if there is os update available and after half year maybe i can update again but now to 4.4.2 KitKat.
Can you tell me if it's good idea to update to 4.4.2. because i've seen some people are writing online about 4.4.2 issues...? Does this mean for all devices or?
I did not use any custom rom-s, and didn't do any os modifications, even i didn't "root" it.
Currently it is using 4.3. android and everything works well, but as you may think i'm pretty curios about 4.4.2 and i don't belive i can ignore that but i just want to know about some problems if any..
I repeat, it is offical update, not custom.

OMG. I've done update last night and i have these issues now:
- overheating of device (back,bottom) - with time it is heating less as i can see..
- 3g is disconnecting every half second
I'm now trying to fix these issues but as i can see i will now need to use custom rom

Just to confirm that there is no overheating anymore. And 3g is now working because of some other not important reasons.. it was nothing to upgrade. I didn't do anything and now everything is fine. Overheating was because of inital initialization only i'm thinking. Anyway, even i didn't test it fully i didn't had any other problems and i can confirm that upgrade is fine.
I upgraded my C6J6 to the latest Mirek v7 ROM and it had been working fine except the camera until yesterday, the touchscreen completely stopped working. Mine does not come with Windows, I only use Android. I flashed the BIOS to 2.02 and reinstalled ROM again, but still the same issue.
Is this a hardware or software issue? Anyone can help? Thanks!

Hi folks, Can anyone help? I have an NEM-L51C432B357 and I seem to have lost NFC capabilities since de-bricking my phone from a failed "Elite" rom install. I'm only guessing but it may be a wrong Kernel but I've no idea how to get the function back again!!!!

So m i've decide to downgrade my device to android 8 ( to me this is the best android , only lose to kitkat ) and then i flash the rom described in the title. After this. i realized that the device started an encryption process before I could even perform the initial configuration. After waiting for the encryption I realized that the device worked perfectly except that the SIM card didn't work at all. You guys have any solution for this problem ? Or anyone have de same problem ?
