I think you would need a different customization. Mine (US customization) has the letters directly above the signal bars. I would attach a screen shot but Tapatalk keeps crashing when I attempt to attach an image.

thanks. I was testing how to get images inserted into the body of a post instead of as an attachment.. In the mobile app. Long story! I had some resolution issues....

For some reason it is now under the date icon. Click the icon then you should see the possibility to adds picture on top
