Big Dropbox bonus? *edit- mistake

I just turned on camera upload in my dropbox app to get the 1 gb bonus listed in the app. Took one picture with my camera and immediately got an email from dropbox giving me a 24GB bonus!!!

Trying it right now. Let's see how this works If this works, I have no reason to switch to Google Drive, because Google Drive is great but it's lacking compared to Dropbox.

The only thing about 25GB I can think of is the HTC One series offer, but they plugged up that glitch and took away the extra space from anyone who exploited it with a non-One series phone.

Did happen....but I just figured out why. Cause I installed a sense 4.0 ROM. It's apparently a promotion for New HTC devices....

You should have mentioned that...That changes everything...Your thread is misleading. Yes, it's an HTC/Dropbox promotion for people who own a One-series phone. They get 25GB for a year. Your 25GB is about to go bye-bye though because Dropbox is cracking down on people who got the free space using what you did.

Yeah I didn't realize it was from that when I posted. I thought it had something to do with the new competition from google. They can take the space back, I don't care. It's their glitch, not my theft.

I live in Austin! This is great news.

According to UPS, to ship from Dallas to Michigan, it wouldn't get here until Monday. Unless they do 2-day Saturday delivery then I would get it on Saturday.

I was told by two CSR reps over the phone that the phones would ship from one of 3 different locations.

well we will know for sure here in the next 12 hours hopefully if and when the phones ship out

Yeah I have been refreshing that page every few hours. I get this case/holster combo for pretty much every phone I buy.
It's killing me to not have it yet. Hopefully they get stock soon.

Yes this is a must have day 1. I've checked all day every day, these are usually out when the phone is released. Hope it hurries up.

oh really? i always pick them up in store, so I didn't realize they sell out online a lot.

Usually, Verizon and Amazon both have the clamshell holsters before the phone is in stock. For some reason the G2 doesn't have any available anywhere. It might be because of the back button and then Verizon choosing to resize theirs.

Nice find...Ive been checking multiple times a day. Bought time!

My discount doesn't let me check out but when I don't see it being displayed, I am able to checkout just fine.. quite annoying, might just wait since I have insurance anyways

Looks nice... But how durable are they? It doesn't look like they protect the very top or bottom of the phone...

Not meant to be an Otter Box. Minimal coverage and a holster to protect it fully.
Actually Best Buy usually has a premium holster/shell combo that I prefer but who knows when that will be out.

I just called because it is easier then logging in on phone. Rep applied my Corp discount and it took a matter of 3 mins. I also complained about not being able to find it locally and he sent it overnight and waived the shipping cost.

Nice! Runs me about $22 with Corp discount. Maybe I need to call to get it overnight.....lol

Nexus 6 pre order alert?

Title says it all,
I tend to miss the initial batch of each nexus device because I wake up late on the west coast to find out that the phone went on sale and then sold out within 30 minutes. (Galaxy nexus, Nexus 4 & Nexus 5 this happened to me.) Does anyone know of an alert website that I can use that can detect when the pre order page goes up?

The Pushbullet method works amazingly well.
When the N6 page went live on Google and Google Play I was given immediate notification that they went live as did everyone else. They keep track of any changes to the sites (this includes pre-order and sale openings).
As for the Twitter method, I am personally not sure since I do not use Twitter, but I imagine it works the same way.

So, what time zone does the sales usually start for nexus devices? I'm on the East Coast. Since Google is on the West Coast, does that mean it'll start on their time? Thanks

N5 went on sale at 2pm EST.

Pre orders start on the 29th. So if it's starting at west coast time I won't be able to stay up to get my order in.

That depends. For carriers its available later in November. Those who want it as soon as possible they will need to preorder. I think there is enough interest that pre orders will sell out.

But the demand is still pretty high.
I'm guessing that it will still sell out but the stock will probably last a bit longer.(I believe it was 30 mins for Nexus 5?)

We can also hope that Google learned some lessons form it's botched N5 release. It seems they have, since they've widened the number of retail outlets.

Also getting mine tomorrow. I didn't go to bed last night thinking I would have it by wednesday. The fine print for the Netflix offer says you have to get the phone between 8/21 and

So I initially registered to get the deal and get notified when the phone was available for order. The phone was available to order early so I hastily ordered from t-mobile.com. I now have the phone but no email about the deal.

I ordered a 64gb yesterday morning and got it today.

So far, i really like it. The build quality is great and its really fast. I just wish i could have gotten tge 128gb version. After i transfered all my music and stuff i only have about 10gb left.
