Go to bootloader menu, and do factory reset. Then go back to recovery and see if it worked. It always works for me

Anyone know what Updating Partition details means in TWRP? It won't let me flash anything....it just says failed and has updating partition details at the bottom ....... I restarted the phone and it still says it when I go back in to TWRP. Any ideas on how to fix this so I can flash again?

Hi,
I've maybe bricked my phone. I've to enter the encryption key after reboot, but the phone tells me that I have to make a factory reset even the password is correct. I tried to wipe it with TWRP (twrp-3.0.2-0-nemo.img) but it failed because /data cannot be mounted.
How can I wipe the phone? Help please!

Hi guys,
I have unlocked my boot loader and flashed a custom recovery (twrp latest 3.0.2-4) too in my MOTO G (XT 1068 Indian Version). My boot loader version is 0x4887. I am stuck in the issue that whenever I try to install custom ROM using twrp, I always find this error.
"Could not find MD5, Skipping MD5....
Could not find meta-inf/com/google/android/update-binary.."
Please Help ! I am stuck in this from almost a week now.
P.S: I am new to this, and I have searched about this all over the forums but couldn't find anything that could fix it.

U can flash all those through fastboot.
