My xperia doesn't take the charge!

Hey, dunno if some one had the same problem but my xperia doesn't take the charge.
Its appened when the mobile has terminated all his battery, and know the charge is not accepted by the phone
help me please
Something perhaps similar happened to me, i ran my battery completely flat and then could not switch the phone on even when it was on the charger. So I left it on the charger for ~1 hour and then it switched on fine! The other possibility is that you battery is dead. Hope this helps!
Its not the first time its appened to me, and the first time i had the problem i try a lot of time to recharge it, take out the battery, replace it etc.. and its worked.
But in 2 days, my phone is off :/
My battery is not dead i know, but how to recharge it
I have 2 computers from which I load it with usb cable. For some reason Mac Pro doesn't load the damn phone but Macbook does.
Try switching your "power" source. And sometimes when the battery goes really flat it needs many hours to even boot when loading up. One time I really thought the damn thing was dead for sure... But it came back to life
When you press the power button there's a red light next to volume buttons indicating it doesn't have enough power yet to boot up. If there's no red light then it's not charging at all.

Just leave if plugged-in and it will charge. It takes some time before it will charge if it is fully drained.
Ok thanks for reply
Have no real solution, but have the red light near to the volume button, or in the top of the phone.
But the phone doesn't take the charge at all...
The red light gave the battery charge, only that... have it sometimes and sometimes havent it...
Help me please
2 day less my phone know..
Ok i dunno why but the phone weak UP !
NICE
Ir was connected to the cpu and i presszs the button and it weak up
omg this phone
(Sort of) got it.
I'm not really an xda developer but id do have an xperia.
The same problem occured to my device about three weeks ago. I've noticed that the phone would still charge in the computer, but not by the power net adapter. (it must be broke i guess)
Today i've locked myself out calling the battery flat. I couldnt get it on anymore. After a lot of hassle this was the solution for me:
1) Connect the phone to a computer. Don't try to turn it on! Leave it there for about 15 minutes.
2) Disconnect the phone and pull out the battery.
3) Hold down the "on" button while inserting the battery back.
-- It should turn on now
4) Release the on button and quickly connect it to your computer again.
Hope this helps.
I just remember the red led lit on at the on/off button and the red light disappeared after 5 mins or so and i left for breakfast while it was still in the charger and by the time im back from breakfast, it turned itself on and was charging up

[HOW TO] Gen 9 didn"t start after a low battery

Hello,
this post to share a process after you let your archos with low battery.
If you don"t see anymore the green led when you plug your usb power (with the right cable, bigger than a normal one) = No led blinking or continue led. Or you could see your green led only works 1 times during 1 on 2 secondes, and after nothing happens.
I tried something, that I calledin french "le bouche à bouche", which we could translate in "mouth-to-mouth resuscitation".
Note : There are differents step when it happens. I'm not sure again about the different case.
Process :
. Be sure that the devices is OFF : Press short power button, wait, long press (over 10sec)
. Plug and unplug 4 to 5 times quickly your usb power from your archos gen9.
And miracle, He's a live!!!
. Then if you have just 2 s of green led. Let the usb power during 1 day (normaly it's enough).
. After, try to disconnect the USB and plug it again. You should see a 2/3 quick blink green led. Let i plug like that for less than 1 day.
. After to charge quicker the battery, go into recovery menu.
It's worked for me and my brother.
Add : - warm the device up (e.g. with a hair dryer)
it is ok for many archos
Tks for the info
That did not help me
After it has been discharged fully (and it happened for the first time after Arhos G9 80 was purchased) I cannot charge it anyhow
No green LED after I connect it to the charger. No any reaction on pressing and holding power key
And what is strange, while it was working brother connected it to the charger and LED was lighting green, but there were NO ANY CHARGING as percents of battery in device were only decreasing until 1% and then display went black and now I cannot charge anyhow.
Seems like I have to go to service. Any other ideas?

I am now in the same situation.
But it seems to be that others can re-animate it with different solutions:
- plug-in, -out by turns (like in this topic)
- press short power button, wait, long press (over 10sec), wait, short press
- plug-in on computer
- plug-in, plug-out, press long power button, wait, plug-in by turns
- a mix of above
and:
- warm the device up (e.g. with a hair dryer)
The goal is to boot the device because only then it can charge the battery.
I will try all this, this afternoon (here is now 3pm).
I hope that something helps.

This didn't work for me.
I returned my Archos to get it fixed.
I'm so dissapointed in this tablet. What tablet doesn't charge when it is turned off?
It has a dual core processor but can't even manage to function 20 seconds without lagg. The stock browser is so slow it's a joke. Too bad though because other then that it is a very good browser.
The machine has random reboots when playing a movie of browsing. The XDA always cracshes randomly when using it.
I'm putting 50 euros on top of the price to get myself an Asus transformer.
Was fun while this lasted.
Thanks, this helped me out 2 times! Ur the best
Sent from my HTC Wildfire S A510e using XDA App
It's a pleasure!
Your welcome!

Tmobile galaxy s3 won't stay on

Ok so i spend 2 hours looking for a similar problem and potencial tricks to fix it with no aveil..... basically if i turn on my phone without being connected to a charger, the phone will show the samsung logo and shutdown after 2 seconds. Now if i connect it to the charger the phone will start but shutdown as i approach to slide it... then tried getting into recovery mode without the charger and it woul'd just show the blue guy ( clockwork) for 1 second and shutdown... then i tried getting into recovery mode with the charger connected and it worked so i wiped the cache and wiped the data.. so after the formating was done i disconnected it and turned it on and still same problem... so i plug the charger and turn it on again, now iam in the welcome screen and as it get to the setting up of wifi screen, it shuts down but if i stay in the welcome part it will stay on??? and never shutdown unless i finish the set up, after clicking finish the phone will shutdown!!!
- Tried everything, ranging from pulling the battery for 30 minutes to fully charging it.. which i noticed that it wont fully reach to top..
- However the phone does allows me to to get into download mode without the charger being plugged in
- Its a galaxy s3 from tmobile on 4.3 firmware rooted
- All of this happened because i left a game open while it was connected to pc.. it looks like the phone needed more energy than the pc was providing so it drained the battery.. when i woke up it was charging with a thermostat sign ( yes it was very hot)
battery lasted a whole day so i dont think its a dead battery
It should like a duff battery

i just bought the Huawei P7 phone and today i plugged in to charge it is not starting

the green light is on to show its charging but screen is blank and pressing the power on button it vibrates sometimes but that't it. the phone still doesnt come on. Please help. The phone is only 2 weeks old!!
Sounds like the Battery was drained bellow emergency level. I'd let it charge ofr about 20 to 30 minutes before trying,
