"your storage not prepared yet, (...) - Bootloop

Hi there.
I am having a realy hard time understanding how to fix a bootloop in combination with a "storage not prepared" Message. I looked in several Posts for help, bit could not get it back running.
Here is what the Error looks like after flashing and rebooting.

That is what I am actually trying to do, but the same Error occurs over and over again. I followed several instruction in this forum, as well as flashing stock roms from samfirmware.
I do not know what or if there is a difrrence between a stock and a recovery ROM. All i found so far were stock ROMS. If there is a specific ROM i need, could you point me towards it?
I appreciate your help!

Is it possible that such an issue is the result of a water damage?

I fixed mine like this :
From recovery
- wipde data/factory reset
- wipe cache partition
- format internal sd then just reboot and it will bot to your stock rom.

Yeep... Working perfect.. I am on developer rom 5.7.31...but the reboot to recovery not working though.. It just gets me back to the home screen

What recovery are you using?

Try using stock recovery if you have twrp

flyme 5.0 for MI NOTE PRO (LEO)

Yesterday i test this rom. looks smooth for everyday use,BUT it doesnt let me install ANY benchmark apk from playstore or and meizu store,any suggestions?(other APKs installed normally)you need to install Gapps!!

tried, and did not liked.
too many chinese apps, camera is not clear as official, tried too install google apps give me error... tried to install ota update that was available gives error.... LOL

Sorry but I do not know English, but I try to make myself understood with Google translated, first backup, you have to format the second is to correct one by one: Cashe system dates, then install Flyme.

Twrp issues

I'm on ViperOS 7.1.2 and I if I'm not mistaken I'm using TWRP 3.0.2.0. The 1st time installing ViperOS I didn't having any issues with TWRP. I wiped device and tried re-flashing viper and got this error. I made a backup of viper, before all the issues. I figured if I wanted to try a different ROM and didn't like it then I could always go back to viper. Well I got lucky I guess and it let me restore my backup. I don't understand why I'm having this issue. Is there anything I can do to prevent this error from happening in the future?

I don´t know.
Some functions doesn´t work on Vodafone EMUI4.1 version, it have a diferent kernel.
