Anyone know how to create custom themes for the GS6E+? Can't seem to find a way to do it.
Any help would be appreciated (Preferably without the need to root/flash)

Why not go to the samsung theme store, there are a lot of custom
themes there and none of them require rooting or flashing.
(settings>themes)

Thanks for your reply.
Although I know about the Samsung Theme Store, I find the choice to be somewhat limited, and nothing there entirely fit what I'm looking for.
There must surely be a way to create custom themes in order to submit them to the store?
I'll take a look on Samsung's dev site and I'll report back here with any links.

I've signed up to be a Samsung Dev on hxxp://developer.samsung.com/theme-service
This should give me access to their Theme Creator Tool.

90% of the themes in the samsung theme store are ugly.. :-s
I don't understand why some of them have been approved to be on there.. buerk
I have the Note Edge and just put RiverRom which is S6Edge+ and Note 5... I didnt get a theme store so I found one and it says wrong Country and I get an error... anybody got an idea how to fix

Hello there.
I was curious if themes on this forum section can be ported/used to N21 phone which uses standard Android system?
Because i liked many of themes here but cannot figure out how to get them on my N21 phone.

i doubt they'd work ... if you need to hack an android phone .. you should always go with an HTC device... prefereably one that runs stock android ..

I saw the metamorph post here, and i thought... I have the rom of N21 the modified one, can I use metamorph or something else to modify the design of that specific ROM ?

I would go in the metamorph thread and ask those guys some questions ..
I used metamorph and one theme a guy gave me, and it changed my taskbar to black and selection to green which is a good thing, i would like some more tweaking of this particular phone if its possible, if anyone knows anything related.
And one more question, by using metamorph can I break something on my device?

Considering the resolution of this device is the same as nexus, u could just use theme-porter and port nexus theme to w/e rom ur on.

It's the wrong section but not a bad place to start. It does depend on the kind of phone you have though so it's a good idea to focus your request there. You might want to check DroidX Forums as they might be better able to advise you. I've heard really good reviews of Rubix. Good luck!

Question is what kind of theme do you want? There many kinds of themes out there. There are themes in cab files which you can instantly install on your device, others in tsk files which you can just copy and paste to your device memory or sd card, some requires you to install 3rd party applications i.e. WAD, throttle launcher, SPB, etc. Lastly, there is a software that you can download to customize / make your own theme.
Seek and you will find one...Google is your friend.

While installing themes for my iphone i had faced with few issues.. Later on i went on with an informative source hiox.org/32781-how-to-install-iphone-themes.php which guided me to install the themes without facing any issues futher.. You may also just have a look at it to make your installation easier..

It has been several months this cheap poor man's phone is out there but I don't see any Dev even looking at it . Phone is pretty good but I hate its interface .
I was wondering if someone will take some time and have some root info with couple ROMs. Some people like me will be thankful.

Yeah I'd be happy to at least have root so I can tweak and run root apps and run some stuff it's got a good amount of resources
Yes, I have this phone as well and I'd love to be able to load a custom ROM. I'm not really a fan of the interface either. One of the things I don't like about it is that they installed their own custom "Start" lock screen on top of the "stock" lock screen, which doesn't really look stock. It was easy enough to fix. I just changed the unlock method from "none" to "swipe" and disabled the "Start" app. There are a few other minor issues, lack of updates, the launcher (easily resolved by Nova though) so it would be nice to see some custom support. It is an excellent phone for the price though.

Thanks, actually had found that thread, didn't realize that's the one you were talking about. Was hoping there was a separate forum for the Vivo XL2 - tried the custom ROMs as posted on G+, but the camera issues were a dealbreaker for the kid. Am in rooted stock ROM currently with Nova Launcher cleaning up some of the "Carefree" bullpucky, but would LOVE to get rid of the nonsensical swipe-up-for-notification-settings crap.

In the first post you can search Stock ROM BLU VIVO XL 2 V0070EE / V0070UU. So have ROM 3.18.35 kernel.
In the second post you can look TWRPv3.2.3-0 for 3.18.35 kernel.
In the fourth post you can see Nougat 3.18.35 kernel ROMs. So these ROMs have both (front{selfie} & back) camera working!
