This Rom Uses The N8013UEUCOI1 Firmware And Was Built Using Ricky's Rom Kitchen.
This is the rom I couldn't find when I first bought this tablet.
Absolutely no disrespect to other roms posted, I'm sure there great.
I'm perfectly fine with the android build the tablet was made for.
I enjoy working on a rom for the S4 and don't plan to do much more if anything to this.
I assume this will have very little interest but I figured I'd share anyways.
I like this build and love this tablet so please don't think me negative.
I honestly just need the tablet for a tv.

S-Note application crashes constantly.
Got it. I'll take a look at it today. I hid it the first day so I didn't realize. It's probably just removed app so hopefully just a quick flash will fix it.

I hope couse I really liked your rom. Actually I'm not a fan of jelly bean and i rather kitkat over jelly bean but the rom was fast and impressive I couldn't try but the keyboard supports shortcuts like ctrl+c or ctrl+x? I use my tablet with a keyboard so they are really useful for me.
I've got some zips with apks ready to find out what's missing. I'm away from the PC right now. I'm with ya though. I prefer kk too. I kept having little problems with the roms posted and just wanted something stable I didn't have to mess with or think about. I'm not sure about the KB shortcuts. I need to hook up a keyboard too that's a nice addition.
ADDED @furkey I've loaded quite a few apps back in but still can't get it to work. I'll need to load the full rom and work backwards [also to make sure it doesn't fc on a completely stock build] Hopefully I'll have an answer soon.
Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
I am looking forward for the new release. Because this rom amazed me even with 5 mins usage. Keep up with the good work!
I feel like there's something I don't know about jb and snote. I've downloaded a couple firmwares and built em but haven't found a working s note, even when fully stock.
This is far from my answer but is there a
GN8013 TW ROM [JB,KK or lp] that is built off of US firmware with working s note?
I'm at a point where v2 would simply remove s note. Lol.
@furkey the only way I've gotten it to work is to go back to 4.0.4

No. Even with an untouched build it still wouldn't work. I removed it. If I can find a working version for jb I'll definitely put it in or post a flashable zip.

Convenient I just asked Jellette for a port of this. Will flash shortly.
Dang tunefoo. You answered my prayers son! Im as proud of you as a father would be of a son. You shocked me with this one.lol! I was just salivating over darkys 9.4 rom today and dam you've ported it. Love your tenacity man! You're doing your best to bring it for us just as the other fine developers we have in the vibrant thread. Ill give some feedback in a few. I need to talk to you about a few other ports also. Pm me. I just got in. Thanks for taking the suggestion regarding overstock!
Does the fact that those are i9000 themes matter as to our own flashing? Wouldn't the theme have to first be ported...? They're beautiful though. I'll probably flash this and one of those later in the week when I have some spare time.
Besides some misplaced text, you can. Just open the zip and delete services.jar in the archive and you'll be good.

No it don't mattere. Typically if you delete the service.jar and scv.jar from system/framework from the theme it immediately allows you to flash themes compatible with the rom build.(JS7, JS8 examples) that's what makes all this **** great about whats happening in our thread right now. The marriage of Vibrant & Galaxy S compatible themes and stuff right now is so exciting. I'm always floored at the themes coming out of the I9000 themes and apps thread as well as our vibrant thread. So refreshing that this is happening. Cheers Man!
What kernel and modem did you package with this? And did you implement all the fixes available for the vibrant (ie gps and what not)? Can't wait to try it!

Just use root explorer or astro file manager and go into system/frameworks. Click on frameworks and you will see service.jar & svc.jar. Delete those 2 files close up then copy revised zip to internal SD as you would any other flash, flash IN CW and you should be good to go. Good Luck!

If you have been around for a while, you are familiar with the "M" series.
If not, then welcome to "M"!
This revision of "M", M12, is a giant leap from where M11 ended.
A special thanks goes out to Vipitus, without which this rom would not have been possible.
M12 Stats:
Based off of Private Stock, M9 and M11
KB5 Base, Kernel and Modem
Accurate 100/100 battery
Built to compliment the QQ/Miui Launcher.
Freaking awesome UI
Droid Charge system sound scheme and start up animation
Built and rebuilt everything
Moshiach Tweaks
Beats Audio
Nine Lock Screens
Clock Options
All Vibrant features function as they are intended.
Theme Engine - comes with 6 themes pre installed - I will provide more as requested.
Install and Set Up:
Odin to JFD first if coming from GB or ICS
Flash M12.zip
Reboot.
At first start up, choose Miui as your default launcher.
Give it a chance to settle in.
Set up your Google account.
Connect to the Google Play Store to receive any updates.
Boot to recovery and flash themes_signed.zip.
Reboot and rejoice!
Disable Voodoo before flashing.
Download both if you want the themes installed with this.

If you are not living in Asia, you will want to remove the weather widget from the home screen as it will only deliver weather from Asia.
If you scroll left one screen from the home screen you will see 2 folders with Chinese names, just rename these as you would on an iPhone.
Reserved for Themes and Tweaks
Do a search for "QQ Launcher Theme", if you find a theme you want, link me to it and I will port it to work with this build.
I will be posting a theme template for those who want to contribute their own themes for this.
And the awesomeness begins... very nice!!!
Man, your gonna may me lazy.
Is this 2.2 or 2.2.1? Also, is there any bugs associated with the MIUI launcher?
edit: looking at the build.prop this is 2.2, for those that want to know

Love M series the first time around. Kept it for a long time. Getting hard to settle with all the work you are bringing back, thanks.
Quick question.
Since I am on a froyo the sequence I would follow would be
wipe
Flash rom
All your other steps
then flash the themes zip in CWM
reboot
Is that it?
I see below the instructions the two files and the theme pack is listed as an edify script do I also need to run that script with a script manager?
Wow, Looks Awesome Can't wait to give this a try!
Nice!!! Welcome back Heathen!!!

It's an element of the Droid Charge. For fun.
Thank you, how did you know I went back to froyo? Haha
Two questions, if I remember right, deleting the voodoo folder from the root of your sd card and rebooting will disable it right?
Lastly, does it supports FFC?

Hey guys,
Here's just a ROM I have been messing around with called HighOnAndroid "Flyin' High" ROM for Galaxy Note 10.1 Wifi GT-N8013.
Since there's no ROM out now for Wifi versions, here's one you can try out.
It's pretty much based off stock ROM but I removed some bloatware (like Yahoo widgets) and put some features I wanted.
Features:
- GT-N8013 UEALH2 Base (Latest)
- Custom Boot Animation (put bootanimation.zip in /system/media directory with ES File Explorer (and enable Root Explorer/Mount in settings!)
- App2SD (You can read about it here)
- Jelly Bean Animations
- Init.d support
- Rooted/Superuser
- Deodexed/Zipaligned
- Only for those "Flyin' High"
Changelog:
v0.1 Deodexed, zipaligned, init.d support, jelly bean animations, custom boot animations, app2sd.
I am really working on my free time (and trust me I've got a million things to do), this is just something I do for fun. But I will try my best to update it at least once a week.
I do welcome any suggestions for features. Please keep them not "too wild", remember I don't have much time to really do a full ROM development here (Yes, I actually have a life and have to take kids to school like everyone else!) but little hacks here and there I can do.

Seriously though, why don't you download the .tar file for the stock firmware and pull the Snote.apk and push it to the update firmware. Cant see why it wouldnt work.

I flashed to stock UEALH2, downloaded the update and it is applying now. I should be able to make a dump after and use that as a base for my next update to this rom
EDIT: Update applied successfully, going to work on dumping it now!
Nice to see another rom for the 8013!!

So not up yet? I'm having no luck with the update.
Just flashed it with NO wipe and haven't run into any issues yet. Great work.
Thanks for starting up a 8013 ROM. We are desperately in need for more 8013 roms. Will definitely give this a try.

I can't find where to download stock UEALH2, do you know any working link?
EDIT: Nevermind, the link in this forum is running fine, seems my connection is unreliable.

Thanks for giving it a shot hope you can get it working
I ended up going back to stock, I was having a bunch of issues with busy box not wanting to install. I have pro and tried uninstalling a few times. Su was working fine. I was also having issues with S note not loading. Rebooted a few times with no luck. Hope it gets better.
Oh did you forget to set int.d scripts permissions in the ROM or we have to do it ourselves? I did it manually. Yes and guys don't forget if you want the int.d scripts to work you must set the permissions to 777. Great Rom btw, really fast.
Edit: After I set permissions for int.d scripts I checked again and they did not execute.

Yeah, it should. However, CWM will disappear, so you will have to reinstall.

I can't access dev-host at the moment (comes up with a 404 error), and I need to download my ROM in order to work on it.
Could anyone put their existing copy on Google Drive or something for me to re-download and work upon?
Thanks.

There isn't a keyboard?
That's strange. There's supposed to be one.

It only allows me to do voice typing after installing. When I tried to change settings, keyboard cannot be clicked. Thank you

Other than that though it appears to be a great ROM. Cheers
hi
i just installed this rom on my tx..its good.. stable ..fast and clean. and yes this is without keyboard dont know y.this making a very hard start on it.i recomend once you install the rom immediatly install a flashable keyboard.zip...i choosed the android4.2keyboard.zip which is wonderful.
have a root and bloatware freee made it very good..to our beloved developer i ask him to provide a new vergin that have a keyboard and themed taskbar.....i installed the dooms kernel with it which make with it a verry good combinatio...waiting for an update...
you r one of the best..
thnx
As much as I want to like the ROM, it unfortunately still does not fix my Walkman problem
Keyboard is also missing, which is confirmed by several others already.

It's just a problem that some people have when music stops playing while browsing, I've opened up a thread here as a way to eliminate what could be causing the problem. I'm not alone for sure as this is also posted on the Sony support forums:
http://talk.sonymobile.com/thread/62858?start=0&tstart=0
I'll even make a video and show how this happens
Best TX rom I have ever used, very fast and fix annoyance like Launcher usually restart itself . Keep up your good work :good:
