Just added reboot tile , Reboot - Reboot Recovery - Power Off:good:
@mariozawa this is very good, plz include more options like screen timeout, ah!! One more question, how can we add more buttons to the navigation bar after enabling it by modifying build.prop, this can be done by xposed framework but none compatible yet with marshmallow!!

Very cool. Just tried it and it works great. However the RAM tile isn't showing up when I add it. Do I have to enable an additional setting? I'm using a 6P.
Thanks!

Every time you add a tile you need to go to app then click the potato icon. Ex. You already add tiles and you already click the potato icon, to add another tile you need to go to SystemUI tuner then add the tile then go to app the touch the potato icon.

Ya I tried that. It works for all the other quick tiles but the ram which is odd. I'm not rooted but have some developer options enabled which may be the cause. I did a quick screen record to show you. I was looking at the code you wrote and then the system settings but couldn't find anything that would cause the issue. Now I'm intrigued and want to solve the mystery. Let me know if there's anything I can do to help

Any chance you can enable screen-off functionality (keyevent 26) in your app?
On unrooted Nexus 5x & 6P, screen-off apps turn off screen, but when screen is reawakened, PIN entry is required, instead of just using fingerprint sensor.
edit: App force closes every time on Nexus 5x. MM 6.01
Nice one.
Added CPU, RAM and Reboot tile. Awesome work. Thanks
Awesome thank you bro

I know this thread is ancient, but I stumbled across it and had the same issue. On moto g 3 turbo (XT1557), adding the ram tile does nothing, and the app crashes every time you hit the magic potato.

General Info & Introduction
~Android Open Source Project: Or in short AOSP. Android is an open-source software stack created for mobile phones and other devices. The Android Open Source Project (AOSP), led by Google, is tasked with the maintenance and further development of Android. Many device manufacturers have brought to market devices running Android, and they are readibly available around the world.
~Rooting: Android rooting is the process of allowing users of smartphones, tablets, and other devices running the Android mobile operating system to attain privileged control (known as "root access") within Android's subsystem. Rooting is often performed with the goal of overcoming limitations that carriers and hardware manufacturers put on some devices, resulting in the ability to alter or replace system applications and settings, run specialized apps that require administrator-level permissions, or perform other operations that are otherwise inaccessible to a normal Android user.

You have no idea just how sexy them damn animations are when you scroll! and they are even customizable with extra effects added on too, when i first used this rom and saw them animations, i wanted to give it the d no word of lie! Let me know what you think! Not the smoothest ROM with Trebuchet but smooth as when using Nova!

Hi don't you guys know how to get silent mode quick toggle to show in the quicksettings menu?
Under System UI Tuner in settings it shows up as activated toggle in quick settings, but its not there.
Any tipps?
No one has this issue besides me?
Please 131 views and no answer. Can someone at least tell me how to activate silent mode in android m?
If nothing else use your volume down button until you get it sorted out.

I personally have not had this issue. Did you do a clean install or a dirty install over m preview? Might just be a snafu. Personally I would start off with clean install and see if that resolved it.

No, I didn't do a clean install I dont have the time for it for installing and setting up everything from scratch. So I know it could be the cause but still interesting that there is no way to get silent mode. Useing the voluke buttons gives me only vibra mode. So I thunk no solution, silent mode just disappeared for good

From the screenshot I can see that you have System UI Tuner activated (see the wrench symbol next to the Settings icon?).
Did you mess around with System UI Tuner by any chance?
If so, open Settings > System UI Tuner > Quick settings > Add tile.
Yes systen ui is activated. But i didn't do anything with it, I didnt disabled the dnd/silent fuction. As you can see in the picture below the system ui shows silent mode activeted

Sure that you're running Google's stock ROM?
1. There is no "silent" quick settings tile (and definitely not starting with a small "s" like in your screenshot - the names of all tiles start with a capital letter) in the stock ROM. Instead there is a "Do not disturb" tile.
2. The quick settings background colour in your screenshots is lighter/different from that of Google's stock ROM.
Which ROM did you actually install on your device?

Its a 100% stock rom. I am just useing layers manager and thanks to the native support of rro in android m (and also enabled, not like in lollipop) you can easily theme your phone. It has nothing to do with the toggles. The only slight difference between my rom and stock rom that i am rooted, hence needed a modded kernel, for this i am useing this kernel which is slightly modifed: http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-6/development/kernel-stock-kernel-root-color-control-t3218958
Everything else stock

Is there a way to add missing files? I mean there isn't an adaptive display tile or a sound tile. I don't know where to look. My note 4 you open a file and add them in. Just curious cause that and a text only battery in the status bar is all I need at this point

It just says E:unknown command [log] twice, then it says detected filesystem ext4 or something like that, then fails to install. Currently downloading the previous build so I can give it a try
UPDATE: The old version had the same problem...
UPDATE 2: Nvm, it boots! Mi iz happy

Though I got the error message even this time [ignore the error message], my device successfully booted and now I'm enjoying the update.

I don't know why, but Google just avoid adding NFC switch to top menu to fast turn on and off. I have NFC widget, but it's third party app that's just a shortcut to settings menu, not the actual switch. Any help?
If you have root you will add nfc toggle to quick setting over macrodroid
There is a toggle for NFC in quick settings. Just pull down quick settings twice, then edit on the left and you'll see it. Press and hold it to move it to the top 6 if you like.
Without root you can run an Automate flow to add a NFC tile: https://llamalab.com/automate/community/flows/35435

How to open/execute the downloaded file?
You would need to install the Automate app through the Play Store. You will find a "Community" button in the side menu. There you can search for "NFC tile" for instance.

The phone is on latest OTA and completely stock. Also, I don't use any customization app.
If rooted try a custom ROM. First thing I need to do is actually turn NFC off.
Are you rooted?
I've tried 4 ROMs and all are amazing with different features depending on what you're looking for.
I believe stock though also has this setting.
And Playstore has many Apps to mess with.

The phone is on latest OTA and completely stock. Also, I don't use any customization app.

Here's my two screens of all options I got (no third party apps). As you can see, there is no NFC toggle tile.

Same here. No toggle.

I'm currently using this app - it enable the tile in the setting, but it's still a shortcut to system options menu, not the actual switch.

Hey are you rooted?
I just tried it myself with the app. The first tap took me to the settings while asking for superuser permissions, and after I granted SU, the second tap onwards toggled the actual NFC.
So I think the direct NFC toggling (via this app) requires root.
Shortcutter is a nice little so supported by a wonderful Dev.

Thx, but it's still shortcut, which I already have installed via Quick settings app.
