Why can't we have themed notification icons

Actually that is a layer ? I don't think you understand me ? what I mean is when I get a notification then the notification icon from that app is white in status bar ( there where you see your time and WiFi etc ) , I want to know if we can have the same icons ( themed or not ) that we use in our home screen.

I get what you mean. I haven't come across any ROM's which has that kind of feature. Kinda makes me think if its even possible...

Notification icons come from within the apps themselves. So that's up to the app developer. Themers probably could change that as well with different app Layers. But that would be up to them too.
Yea you would have to make your own layer that would call on the same icon your theme uses when the notification comes up or modify the existing app both of which require a good amount of time and experience but possible of you take the time to learn

Xposed module notifyclean (donator) gave me back my colored notifications
See protectedapps icon. Top left. Is that what you mean?
Most theme engine themes can do it. Just need a rom with theme engine.

I'll make one for you if you'd like. I put out the full transparent ones, so it won't be a big deal to get it done. I'll just make the default background transparent 50% instead of 100%. Should have it up in the next hour or so.
And are you asking if you can install it on a stock (unrooted) NS4G? If so, yes, you'll just have to set the option to install non-market apps.
***EDIT*** ZIP Attached. If you have a rooted NS4G, you can flash through recovery. If not, take the .APK file from the ZIP file and copy to your SDCard. You can install it that way. Here is how it looks on ICS, should work in Gingerbread as well...

How about the .music mod one? Would live it to match the calendar widget. I have a white background so its hard to see the text.

Yeah. i use the weather widget on the home screen and it's sadly very unreliable.

Is it unreliable with stock? Mine pretty much always works. In some ROMs I had to refresh it on boot because the widget was quicker than my data connection.

I know you guys have heard of Caf and have expressed your hatred for it but here's my idea. After seeing some pictures of messed up screens I thought wow if that was a theme that would be pretty badass. It looked super slick

Nooo.. Inverted colors maybe are a good theme idea, inverting system color it's not a good deal, check out at the smurfs skin color in gallery app

You seem a bit strange
If you want even more funky colours, just stare at the sun for like 5 min non stop and then look at your phone, results guaranteed! (I take no liability for any eyesight loss and/or 'incident's' that may occur whilst you are spaced out staring at the sun)

i actually like the touchwiz look . well atleast the S5 look . it looks modern . the normal stock oneplus one reminds me of windows phone
