No service after cyanogenmod flash - One (M7) Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I recently flashed the most recent cyanogenmod onto my one. In the initial setup, it stated that no sim card was detected. I am on ting. It would be much appreciated if I could fix this and stay on cyanogenmod too.

[Q] D4 does not read vodafoneNL SIM anymore

Hi,
A couple of days ago I purchased a Motorola Droid 4 on a marketplace in Holland.
The phone was bought in New York and the guy i bought it from, had rooted the device to Cyanogenmod 10.2. It was also running safestrap recovery. When he bought it the phone had a lock from verizon.
As I did not know anything about rooting and didn't understand how to use my phone i started doing some research and e-mailed the guy i bought it from. At first everything was working properly (appart from the wifi sometimes ) it only did not have gapps on it. At that time i had service on the phone.
After understanding a little how to use safestrap and how to flash the device, i found out the stock rom had been flashed to cyanogenmod 10.2 aswell. I flashed a rom-slot to cyanogenmod 10.2 with gapps again and finally thought the phone was working properly, including google applications. But now i did not have any Phone service. In the slider menu it says No service/No sim card.
Could someone please help me? I'm not sure what to do know ..
Kind regards,
Wouter

[Q] [i9305] Installed Omni ROM, now SIM is not recognised

Hello,
Samsung Apps were annoying me far too much so I decided to install OmniROM 4.4.2-20100324-i9305-NIGHTLY
Everything seemed to go well in CWM, booted up normally and everything seemed to be working, except that my SIM was not recognised and there was no baseband/imei.
So I restored my backup that I made before I started in CWM, and the Samsung logo just appears forever, never boots into my original system.
Now I was pretty annoyed, and I installed CM stable to see if that worked. Which loaded fine but seemed to have the same SIM card issue.
Then I tried flashing a new modem that I downloaded (XXALI5.zip), but that didn't appear to work either.
I put in a friend of mine's SIM in, same issue, and I'm really at a loss as to what to try now. It's really weird... Any advice would be appreciated!
Thanks.
Report your own post and ask a moderator to move it to the correct forum, this is for the i9300 only -anything you try in here will brick your phone.

[Q] Issue with CM10.1 Build - SIM Card

Hello,
I have on my phone now CM 10.1 from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2682511
It looks and works great on my GT 6500D but when i try to encrypt the phone and add a phone password the phone does not see my SIM Card any more.
Is there any way i can solve this issue? I need the encryption activated on my phone.
If this is a known issue with this build, is there other build i could use?
Thank you
Danut

Moto G XT1068 - [6.0] Cyanogenmod 13.0 [UNIFIED] - Not detecting SIM card

Hey guys!
So today I tried getting an update for my stock 5.02 unlocked XT1068.
Considering that almost bricked my phone I decided to go for a custom ROM to avoid the issue in the future,
Now, after finally updating my bootloaded to 48.82 and recovery to 2.8.7 I managed to flash the [THEA][6.0] Cyanogenmod 13.0 [UNIFIED] ROM from this forum.
No other would be accepted due to the device being THEA.
I flashed the gapss afetrward and rebooted the phone.
It started up nicely, sets up the 110 apps.
Now as soon as I get to setting up my account and so on, I get the message the phone "does not detect any SIM card".
Mind you my SIM is inside the SIM1 slot all the time and it worked fine just 6 hours ago.
Now I tried looking up the forums for Moto G 2014 and 2014 LTE but found nothing that could help me.
Supposedly these new ROMs don't have the old issue with SIM, on the other hand they do not work with multi-sim (XT1068 is dual).
I am running out of options here, I've read through multiple full threads on these ROMs and I would like to avoid going back to stock ROM.
Would really appreciate any kind of advice.
Flash correct TWRP and CM:

You are a wizard, you know that?!
Changing to Titan distri solved the issue.
Up till now I was really convinced that THEA was connected to hardware, not that changing up the Recovery will fix stuff.
Thank you so much LuK!

Mi3 No SIM card issue

Hello, I was using lineage Os latest nightly when I encountered this issue. I wanted d2w. So I flashed Zurion X. Phone rebooted to TWRP. So I flashed recankut kernel. Phone worked. But I noticed that it started showing no sim card. I tried flashing Lineage Os back and nothing. So I flashed MIUI latest global beta via fast boot. No SIM card issue persists.. Now Im beginning to think that the issue is hardware issue.. I dissembled the phone.. But the sim card connectors seems to be OK for naked eye.. MY phones I will is not affected, neither the baseband.. So I'm out of options now. Can someone suggest me a workaround to bring my phone back to life.
Thanks.
Also it seems that I can make emergency calls.. Which means the radio I working

It was my sim card tray.. The lower right coner of the sim tray was broken and it interfered with the sim card identification mechanism. With a new simple card tray my phone is fixed.
If the SIM card tray is damaged (for example, a piece of plastic is chipped off or a metal plate is deformed), this can be the cause of the problem when the Xiaomi smartphone does not see the SIM card.
I had such a situation on my Mi 3. In the service center they could not find the cause of the problem, I found it myself.
I hope this information will help to somebody.
