Anyone know because in the official updates page huawei not give support to the model U9000 x6 for versions of Android 4.0.
It is possible that this model no longer forgotten.
I can not direct link but in the section of the page download huawei.
Guys,
related to my previous discussion on the forum called "Any way to add MirrorLink support to P9 devices?".
It is possible install the P10 ROM VTR-L09C432B162 on a P9 Plus?
If yes, could you gently link me some details / guides?
Thanks a lot!

Hallo everybody.
I have an old Huawei p9 with eva-l09c55b190 firmware.
It's Android 6, I would like to upgrade to Android 7 (and not more).
I found a firmware, I put it into the memory card but I could not upgrade, it says it does not fit.
The firmware that did not fit is Huawei P9 EVA-L09C55B386
I guess I have to update with an older firmware first.
So I found out the version should be eva-l09c55b360
The matter is that I cannot download it anywhere.
Huawei server are giving errors and there are not third party where I can find it.
So, please:
- do you you where I could download that firmware?
- anu other way I can upgrade the phone to Android 7?
ANy hint would be appreciated.
Thank you very much and have a nice day.

I've been trying to update my P9 and I've hit a brick wall. My version is at EVA-L09C432B210 and I've been trying to find any viable Nougat firmware that I can use to upgrade but I can't find any. I've been reading that I can get to B360/B361 for Nougat but that is impossible, seeing how all the upgrade methods involve spoofing the upgrade URL and using a proxy connection to the official repository, which itself is down.
So, anyone out there who could help me? I know this is a very old phone but it has a great camera that my wife loves.
Well, I found the answer to this and I'm up to date to Nougat.
I read that I could upgrade to B386 directly. After that, I started getting OTAs and I'm up to date (B506).
For anyone finding this question like I did today trying to find old stock roms from huawei.
You can use this link:
https://download-c.huawei.com/download/downloadCenter?downloadId=
followed by an ID and query strings to access the files on huawei servers.
for example:
https://download-c.huawei.com/download/downloadCenter?downloadId=91764&siteCode=uk
will download:
HUAWEI_P9_Firmware_EVA-L09_Andriod 6.0_EMUI 4.1_C432B166_United Kingdom_Channel-Others.zip
I've also found:
91623 - HUAWEI_P9_Rollback Package_EVA-L09_from Android 7.0_EMUI 5.0_to Android 6.0_EMUI 4.1_C900B300.zip
91664 - HUAWEI_P9_Rollback_Package_EVA-L09_EMUI5.0+Android7.0 rollback to EMUI4.1+Android 6.0_C900B300.zip
91768 - the beta tester rar for upgrading to the beta A7-EMU5
Just a process of elimination, incrementing and decrimenting the IDs
I've also found many links to download-c.huawei.... in the forum are mostly broken due to them being unsecure links (http). If you change to https the site works better.
