What recovery are you using (name + version)?
What was the version of all the rom you tried?
Newer Sense roms based on lollipop requires a 7.xx.xxx.x firmware (yours is 4.xx.xxx.x) and at least twrp 2.6.3.3 is requires to flash Sense based roms, 2.7.1.1 for CM based roms. So use an older rom (kitkat or JB base) with the proper recovery version. Then you should be able to achieve s-off if you want so you can change your CID/MID and flash a RUU

Thanks for the answer, after trying all night long i just solved the problem, installing a ROM removing all the apps from HTC and Google, after the phone started i flashed the ROM again and everything went perfect.

[Q] Help with Google play Rom issues

Hi Bit N00b here.
I have a HTC One from Orange UK which I have unlocked and rooted with SU. then I flashed bigxie_m7_GPe_JWR66V_odexed-signed Rom to have a Google Play edition OS.
After Flashing I can not use camera or even get any network. I have tried to use RUUs to return to Stock but I was not able to install Moonshine S-off. I forgot to make a recovery file with CWM before the flash so I cant recover from SD.
Can someone help please to either install a Google play rom that will accept OTA or return the Phone to stock so at least it is working?
I include Getvar info if it helps anyone to help me.

why do you think missing version is a problem ? is your phone working ?
the version missing is because of a bug in TWRP recovery ... To fix it you have to flash firmware newer than your on now (with s-on)
Need help with my HTC One M7
Hi, I need help with my HTC One M7. I want to get it back to stock if possible. When I got this used from craigslist, no OS installed, boot image is corrupted. I managed to flash custom recovery (TWRP latest build) and eventually flash different custom roms. I tried ARHD and Maximus, flash it from TWRP. Installed succesfully but was stuck into boot loop. Tried Wipe, factory reset, clear cache, dalvik cache numerous times but still stuck in boot loops! I flashed CyanogenMod 12 5.0.2 and it boots into system just fine. It runs smooth and all good. The only problem is im not getting any audio. During phone calls mostly it crashes. Also when playing music, videos, including streaming videos from facebook, youtube, etc. Everything else I think works fine. Wifi, 3g, mobile networks. But I want to return it to stock with all the functions working. I hope you can help me with my problem. Thank you very much. Happy New Year!

[Q] I want to get my phone to get ota updates

Hi guys,
To make a long story short, I messed up my phone to a soft brick, revived it, and am now trying to get it back to near normal. I am currently running 6.09.401.12 odex rom by mike1986 on my at&t htc one m7. Question is, is it possible to get an ota update by downgrading my rom to an at&t rom lower than 5.12.502.2? And then get an OTA update? As an aside, on mike's rom (for international htc one) the gps takes a very long time to lock and only shows a blue dot on google maps/no compass mode. Dont know if this has to do with different type of rom or not. So how can I get back to stock while being S-ON? And I accidentally deleted my nandroids while wiping my pc (I know really stupid I did not flash a new radio/using stock radio. Here is output of system getvar:

Help! HTC One M7 802w (Dual Sim) booting then black screen!

Hi! I recently update my HTC One (M7) 802w nordic to 5.0.2 lollipop and today I tried to root it using Kingo Root but i did not get superuser instead i got CWM 6.0.3 something. The phone is unlocked but S-On. I tried to update SU with version 2.40 but didn't work the phone still turn on normally after that, then I tried to update again SU with version 2.46 that starts the problem, the phone boots into first HTC Splash screen then turns into blank screen and stuck, it doesn't turn off. I hope someone can help me fix my phone.
= I can still get into custom recovery, but no adb command (device offline) only fastboot commands work. And I'm not really good with cmd sorry.

Try to download the zip from www . superuserdownload . com, and then flash it through CWM or TWRP.
By the way, how did you update to 5.0.2? OTA?

Thanks for your reply, do you think flashing boot.img will solve the problem?
...and the OTA update came automatically after 4.4.3 update here in Middle East.

i gave up finding the right ROM to fix it after endless looking around and then used http : // llabtoofer.com / htc-ruu-flashing-service - next day they contacted me and flashed the latest stock on to my device ... (totally worth the 20 bucks I paid for it)

No need to pay, if you can still get into custom recovery then download this custom firmware http://llabtoofer.com/2014/07/31/htc-one-dualsim-maximushd-3-0-0/ then copy to your ext-sdcard, boot into custom recovery and flash the .zip file. Or you can just get one of my backups [cwm or twrp] and restore your phone via custom recovery of your choice.
Hi, I tried to use your backup, but my system didn't boot. I used your 7.17.402.5 backup, because I have same problem as guys in this thread. Where can be a problem?
