[Q] Cant load *.img file and bootloader is not unlockable

I have a Moto X xt1053 with an bootloader that cant be unlockable, in the page of motorola says that my phone doesnt qualify to be unlocked.
The problem is that I was trying to upgrade to android kitkat 4.4 following the instructions in this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2545775
All was going good until when I try to flash boot.img, I cant load that file into my phone, So im stucked in the bootloader screen of my phone, because now I cant even get into the TWRP recovery option, just fastboot, I cant load any boot.img file into my phone.
When Im trying to flash the boot.img file, the error that appears in my phone says:
Failed to hab check for boot: 0x56
preflash validation failed for boot
Im in windows XP
Any suggestion???

did you solve it? cuz i have the same problem now

i am confused here because if you can't unlock your bootloader then you can't install TWRP.
my would say grab the SBF package for your phone from the link below.
http://sbf.droid-developers.org/phone.php?device=0
and flash it with RSD Lite or the manual Method.

Sounds like you tried to downgrade which you can not due because of the bootloader and gpt.bin 4.4.3 or higher can not be downgraded safely.I would make sure to try flashing the latest firmware for your carrier and nothing lower than you were. You can also try this from here.

[Q]! Bootloader bricked after install android 5.1 (XT1058)

[HELP]
I have a Motorola Moto X (1st Gen) and was with the unlocked Bootloader, but came back to Android 4.4.4 and I decided to go for Android 5.1 (installed by the Recovery) and gave success.
But the problem when rebooted the phone had a problem, he "jumped" to the Bootloader with the messages in black line:
"downgraded security version gpt_main update version failed
Failed to hab check for gpt_backup: 0x35
CID Read Failure
Invalid CID status 0x69
Customerid status error. Contact Dealer: 0xdead
Fastboot Reason: Invalid CID. "
Before the Bootloader was unlocked after this error is blocked (status code: 0). I tried to reinstall the Android for Fastboot and RSD Lite but gives error that the Bootloader to be blocked, I tried to unlock but gives error too.
Bootloader version: 30.BE (5.1)
PLEASE HELP ME.

i recovered my hard bricked moto x xt1058 but now:
bootloader is locked (before of hardbrick are unlocked)
in fastboot when i got to flash a stock rom:
(fastboot in my moto x)
Failed to hab check for gpt_main: 0x4e
CID Read Failure
Invalid CID Status 0x69
CustomerID error. Contact Dealer: 0xdead
No SP Partition found
Fastboot Reason: Invalid CID

Please Help - Moto g6 fastboot boot verification error

I accidentally flashed the wrong firmware on this device. Was meaning to flash stock firmware. But accidentally clicked the wrong "flash.bat" script. My reasoning was to fix an error with the ota update for the September patch. The bootloader is indeed locked and is not unlockable. and I can partly flash stock firmware but the boot.img and gpt.bin keep throwing a error "preflash validation failed". The bootloader logs show "failed to validate boot img". The firmware I tried to flash to fix it was the stock firmware. The variant of this device is ali. Carrier is tracfone. Someone please help. I would rather this device be of use instead of a close to $300 paper weight.
