3 different boot screens? wtf? help?

I used a prebuilt splash screen replacement from here ( the htc innovation smiley) when I got the fone with the stock rom1.XX it showed a tmob splash then a windows mobile splash.
I switched to the xelencins 2.26 with the tmob radio 2.25 replaced with the cing of the same version(ot: I get much better siginal now) Then I applied the splash screen.
So now the "HTC" bootscreen shows then a "TMOB" splash pops up with the rom info then the "windows mobile" splash shows...
I dont mind the windows mobile splash (i wish it were green and not blue...but) I would like to get the Tmobile #2 splash screen replaced, its so damn ugly, I hate pink!....

Black Screen after installing new screen

Hi I replaced my cracked and non functional screen with a new one.
After I charged the device which did shoe me a charging scree the device wont boot into anything or it does and i have a black screen.
When i try to boot it I see the Android splash screen the a black screen.
After a few minutes the phone makes a sound and then after a few more it makes another sound but appears to be non responsive after that.
I was thinking of trying to load a new image but am not sure if that would work or not.
Anyone have any ideas?

My REPLACEMENT Note 9 now spinning circle unlocked padlock :(

I just got a replacement Note 9 as my phone radio was defective. On this original note 9 I was successful in removing the spinning green and blue circle with unlocked padlock but I forgot how and now after setting up my replacement phone it now has the same thing,, I did not expect it as I used smart switch but there it is again . How do I remove this spinning circle and unlocked padlock which makes restarting so slow?
To make more clear when I got rid of the spinning blue green circle and unlocked padlock I did not loose any data or anything. It was easy but I forgot what I did..

Provider name after screen is unlocked

Hi,
on stock Android 9, when I unlock screen I need cell network provider name in stead of clock in top-left corner of the screen. After 3 seconds it's replaced with clock time. Is there a way to remove this annoyance and just see the time immediately?
I guess device is kind of old for anyone to come here
