0.23 Tempered Glass Screen Protectors - Xiaomi Mi Note Pro

I am currently using a nice 0.23mm glass screen protector on my S6 and was wondering if anyone could recommend one for the Mi Note or Note Pro.

I didn't get any screen protector at all. The Nexus 4 I've been using thus far had Gorilla Glass 2 and it barely registered a scratch for the past 3 years or so I've been using it. Thus, I'm putting my belief firmly into Gorilla Glass 3.

[Q] Does galaxy note(ATT) really have gorilla glass!? (with picture)

I dropped my galaxy note(from my desk to ground) yesterday and the screen got scratched badly>< (see attachment)
I wonder whether the galaxy note (ATT) have gorilla glass! My friend scratch his international version of galaxy with key, it is perfectly fine!!
Does ATT take out the gorilla glass?
Sorry to heae about that. Maybe do search for iphone glass polish or plastic polish. You maybe able to make it less obvious. Putting a screen protector on now can also hide some of the scratches too.
I always use a screen protector and also TPU case that has an edge higher then the glass. I thought about going without a screen protector when glass displays became popular but when I was looking for a used Ipad, I saw lots of scratched ones and that was supposed to be Gorilla too. I decided to to stick with the cheap insurance of a plastic film.
ATT galaxy note is same as international except for processor and home button.
As posted in n7000 forum gorilla can be scratched quite easily. I would highly recommend getting sgp glas.t

scratch resistant is not scratch proof..
Gorilla Glass is ALWAYS Misunderstood, the main attribute of the glass is that it has greater strength and greater flexing abilities than regular glass, so it can be thinner yet stronger. The scratch resistance is about the same as tempered glass, good but not scratchproof....... there are things to fix the scratch but actually not a big deal...... more psychological than anything else

Does the note 3 need any protection since it's gorilla glass?

Just wondering if I should put a skinomi on the screen or something, it has gorilla glass but its better to be safe than sorry? If I drop the phone its going to break most likely, but anyone have any idea how much gorilla glass protects from minor scratch situations (such as having the phone in your pocket with keys, or just the general setting it down etc?
I suggest getting tempered glass for your screen. Gorilla Glass can still get scratched or scuffed. I know because within 3 days of having the note 3 i had a very light scuff that i could only hide by putting on the tempered glass. Of course a normal screen protector could have done the same but tempered glass is relatively cheap if you purchase it through ebay.
Depends. Some people do report getting scratches on Gorilla Glass. I myself have gone without screen protectors on my last three smartphones and all three screens are still like new. But I'm pretty careful about putting the phone in an otherwise empty pocket with the screen facing my leg, and other such precautions.
For protection against breaks tempered glass is your best bet. A plastic or vinyl protector just won't cut it. If scratches are all you're worried about, they work just fine.

My earing made a small scratch in the screen when I held the phone up to my ear during a call. It took me awhile to realize that that was where the scratch came from.

Come on guys why do we have to have this discussion in every device forum? Is gorilla glass scratch resistant, yes. Is gorilla glass scratch proof? Hell no. Bottom line it is your call, if you think you want to chance it and not use a screen protector then have at it and good luck to you. If you want to use a screen protector cause you would rather not risk it then great!
Its your preference.......
All I have to say is, "Gorilla Glass SUX!!!" I have managed to break mine 2x in 8 weeks one of which I got to replace lcd and screen... js
just put on a tempered glass lol
I dropped my note 3 a while ago. Got a nice crack on it. Immediately went out paid 25 for iloome tempered glass the thick one.
No issues with cases or anything. No scratches whatsoever on it and its easier to clean. Just wipe with a shirt or napkin and all the smudges and stuff are gone.
I havent dropped it or anything to see how good the tempered glass works but heck for 25 bux beats the crap I went through to get a replacement phone.

[Q] Screen Guard

I bought a LG G2 today.:victory: I am wondering should I have to apply a screen guard to protect the screen from scratches or the 'Corning Gorilla Glass 2' is strong enough. I will apply tempered glass later, for now I want to protect from scratches. Please help me with this.
I used a Screen Protector for a while... but eventually took it off several months ago. The screen looks flawless still. Each their own but I'm not. Typically I am very anal about screen protectors but it really isn't needed on the G2.
Use the glass screen protectors, they're actually really durable. Mine has survived falls without damage, and the glass is scratch resistant.

The LgG2 glad is the toughest I've come across.
You're plastic back effect will tarnish well before your screen scratches

Flat screen protector?

Hello everyone. When I used a note 7 I was sick of spending money on a curved protector, so a dude I knew used a flat protector from another Samsung phone on it, the plus was that it was great, the only con was that the edges were left out, but since I never used the edge screen, I didn't bother.
Is that a possibility with the Note 8? Which phone's screen protector would fit, in a way the edges aren't covered, just a flat tempered glass
I have a curve screen protector and it works great especially with the case I have on it

Note 8 Tempered Glass Screen Protectors

Has anybody noticed that if you have a tempered glass screen protector on your Note 8, when using the Gear VR. It will develop air bubbles after a few minutes of use? I have a full adhesive tempered glass screen protector on my N950N.
