XT1064 - Any chances of getting Marshmallow via xt1068/1069 files? - G 2014 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi,
is there a chance that the Marshmallow soak test files from xt1068/xt1069 will work on XT1064? Or has anyone heard for XT1064 soak test?
thx!

First of all, this is the Q&A section. That is not a proper response in this section. I've been searching for this question and this is the only thread I've found so far specifically talking about the XT1064. If this is a duplicate, can you point to where this is being discussed? Because there is a serious lack of XT1064 threads.

That was an inappropriate response to your inquiry by Ragarianok. I was wondering the same thing.

This is the general forum, not the development forum, so questions are OK?
Anyway, I don't have the answer to the OP's question but hopefully there will be a way to get kitkat onto these devices but you can't be sure until someone tries.

There is a prominent post in the General forum that pretty rudely tells people that all questions go in the Q&A forum.

Judging from your other thread, it's probably best if you wait.
