Verizon or Foxfi...culprit? - T-Mobile Galaxy Note 4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Who is messing with the Foxfi tethering on Verizon? My guess is Foxfi as Verizon would never turn it back on. Anyone have real answers?

It's our carrier, VZ. Try this out

[Q] Sprint Moto X Native Tethering

I have always just frozen sync tedc app when I was on us cellular and native tethering worked, is the process the same with sprint, or is there another way to unlock tethering, I just switched today?

VoLTE on AT&T Note 3 with T-Mobile sim?

I use AT&T note 3 on t-mobile. 4.4.2 official AT&T kitkat rom. Rooted (couldn't get hotspot working without root)
I don't think there's a way to flash T-Mobile rom on my phone, but wonder if there's a way to get volte to work on this phone on t-mobile.
Do I need to wait until AT&T sends out volte update and will it work with T-Mobile? Is there a chance I won't be able to root\use hotspot after such update?
Can I tweak anything to make it work?
Currently, when I get a call while hotspot is on, network switches to 4G and never switches back to LTE until the hotspot is turned off... and the only way to get around this issue is to forward calls (or switch hotspot off and then back on)
I know T-Mobile is pushing out volte and people on xda say it works in my area.
Thanks

ATT Mobile Spot on Verizon LG G2 Device

Good morning all,
I'm trying to use my Verizon LG G2 phone with an AT&T sim card. So far everything seems to be working except for the mobile hotspot. Even though I have mobile hotspot enabled on my AT&T account, when I go to turn on the hotspot, I get prompted that I have to subscribe to Verizon's hotspot service. Does anyone have any suggestions to get around this? Ideally, I hope I can do this without having to root my phone.
Thanks!

Enable Wi-Fi Calling via Verizon on Unlocked Device?

Hello all,
I have an unlocked Moto G6 on Verizon on which I'd like to enable wi-fi calling. I called Verizon and they supposedly provisioned wifi calling to our account, but when I try to activate it via:
Phone App
Click the three dots on the upper right hand corner
Click Settings
Click Calls
Enable the Wifi Calling toggle
Wifi calling is not there. Also, when going to *#*#4636#*#*, wifi calling is greyed out and I can't toggle it on.
A preliminary Googling suggests that the unlocked Moto G6 is incapable of wifi calling because it does not have the necessary HD Voice and Wifi Calling software from Verizon. Supposedly the Verizon Moto G6 also has a different IMEI. However, it seems to me that if both versions of the phone have identical hardware, they should both be capable of wifi calling.
Has anyone run into this issue? Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can enable wifi calling on my Moto G6?
at present verizon does not let any non vzw branded device use wifi calling.
which seriously sucks, but then again, we are talking about verizon, so...

Verizon Hotspot

Does anyone know if the Hotspot works for verizon on an unlocked V40 v405qa7. I need a phone that let's me use the Hotspot without checking for a subscription and was hoping this is one of them.
