I was going through s6 aosp dev forum and found this video. SPOiLEr ALERT it isn't totally functioning but atleast it's booting.
As the s6 and note 5 are almost same, is it possible for the same development to make its way to note 5 as well?

Even if it is available sometime, I heard it would be too buggy given Samsung doesn't release the kernel source code for exynos....

I have been watching videos on youtube and the note 2 is pretty epic...the way you can have two apps running on the same page just like a laptop etc just looks pretty epic.
If some one has done it, link me to it, or if someone is in the process and it comes out in time, then remember me and link me to it
Lol thanks guys

It's part of the new Touchwizz framework so sources aren't available and we can't port the note 2 roms to the note because it's different hardware and drivers. There's a chance they'll include some of the note 2 features such as pick up to answer in the jb official release but that's all speculation at this point, just have to wait.

But surely if someone has managed to get HTC sense working (is) on the note then the drivers etc should not be to hard?
Well it would be hard for me but I have no idea what so ever lol
I really hope someone does it at some point, because it does look rather impressive.

I believe HTC release the source code for sense to their developer network, whereas samsung don't.

Can anyone say what the absolute blazing edge latest most recent firmware version is for Samsung Galaxy s3 mini international.
I'm in UK and want a reliable stock rooted experience. Trying to test to see if the GPS problems I'm having after phone sleeps are rom/kernal/radio related
Thanks all

This is exciting however your title is mis-leading..
I saw this an expected to find an installable 4.3 for my Nexus 4.
It says pretty clearly 'for galaxy s 4'

this is a leak, not an official release For all we know, google was set to have an official release for N4 pushed to the server in the next 24 hours, and maybe S4 isn't scheduled for another month (hypothetically speaking, of course )
I'm pretty sure a dev can get it running on the Nexus 4.

That's strange... I thought Samsung was still supposed to make updates for the S4 Google edition. All Google does is provide sources to Samsung but then Samsung has to port that source to their smart phones

:good:
Doesn't matter if S4GE has 4.3 before N4. N4 will have 5.0 before S4GE
Since this is for the GS4, I don't see what this has to do with the Nexus 4

I just seen android lollipop running on the new nexus devices from Google and my goodness is it beautiful.
Samsung would probably take a light years to give us an update so my question is With T-Mobile having a unlocked bootloader do you think we are going to get a full android Lollipop rom for our device?
I think Samsung said we would have it by the end of the year [emoji85]

They really said that? Hmm that could change my next phone. I was leaning more towards the Nexus 6, but I really like the Note 4. And 6" Just seems like too big of a phone. Even if it is only .26" bigger than the Note 4.
Samsung already has a beta for the s5 so I'm guessing that they have one for the note 4 as well
Is there a way that Ubuntu touch can be ported to these two devices? If so, how could I get it set up? Probably should have read the other posts before making my own request.
Thanks.

I know it may not happen but I would also love to see this on the S6 sm-g920w9.
