Maybe because I´m not English speaker I could understand him...
So, no...,it will not work in a rooted S6 edge plus. You need to unroot. Substitute the kernel to an original one will not work either.
I tried it.
I want to set only wcdma on network options, but this one is not available in my phone. Is there a way to force it without rooting?

The is a well known and widely reported bug with no universal fix. Search for "lollipop cell standby" and you should be able to find a number of suggestions for things to try to get your battery to die less quickly.
Ok, thank very much!
