The model is UL-00 works exactly.
I think and L-09 will work.
By the way - L-09 can easily become a UL-00
Phones do not differ within the hardware
UL-00 and L09 the same Hardware, the L09 without Dual Sim.
Can i install den UL-00 Fimrware on the L09, so i can use Force touch?

L-09 can be UL-00 just change the locale and install the firmware from the UL-00
And the phone will support 2 sim
I changed the locale of China to the Middle East. So I am trying to change the locale to Europe (L-09) - but I need 2 sim
You can try to install the Recovery TWRP and do a factory reset on L-09, SCALES application may appear.

I do not speak English, but What could be clearer
It's very simple, there is no need to explain anything.
It is necessary to replace the recovery TWRP and make factory reset
Here's a post on the Russian.

His version I indicated earlier in this topic.
Version does not matter. All restrictions in firmware. L-09 can be UL-00.
See that touch force works only in the appendix "Scales". It appears if you do a hard reset. But only if it is established recovery TWRP
I say that after the flash recovery TWRP need to do a hard reset.
What else to explain?
I showed a photo of your phone, it can be seen that at the touch of force work.
That is not only the applications that support it. Therefore, I believe that today touch force does not make sense

I made a reference to the Russian forum, where I described and shown.

Hello, I am new here. I need some help with my Lumia 920.
I have installed the 8.1 Preview for Developers, and by that momento Nokia Black update wasn´t available on my contry/operator, so it was installed over the Amber update.
Now, Black update is available for my device, but it won´t install. My country is Argentina and operator is Movistar.
Is there a way I can install the black update without flashing my device? since I don`t want to reset my phone.
Thank you very much!
Daniel
The quick answer to that is no, unfortunately. You'd have to flash a Black update ROM for your device then reinstall 8.1. Once it is installed, any firmware targeting a previous version will not install over it.

You're the man,
Thank you!
Well, first of all, hello everybody and sorry for my english. I'm new at XDA and this it's my first post. Sorry if I miss at the place to post or something like that.
Let's go straight to the point:
Las weekend I bought a second hand Huawei P9 Plus. I was delighted with it. The phone was acquired in San Salvador and it cames with the VIE-L09C25B120 compilation. As I am in Madrid I can't update the phone via OTA.
So I decided to unlock Bootloader, change oeminfo and custom.bin to Europe one (C432) [I'm not sure if I need necessary to do this] with SRK Tool, root it and install a stock firmware. It wasn't easy to find the firmware for L09C25B120, but finally with Firmware Finder for Android I found that L09C25B320 will match it perfectly (suposely).
After missing some points, I finally achieve it and now my phone has Nougat and MIUI 5 working. But not so fine. Also, in the About the Phone section, in Compilation Number appears: NRD90M test-keys
The first issue that I found is that after the last reboot I have no Keyboard. Just Voice Dictation. That I solve it via APK Installer. I download the Google Keyboard APK and install it through the PC.
But now I face a bigger problem, and this is why I wrote you:
I didn't realize when I flash the ROM that the Bluetooth isn't working. When I push the BT logo, it turns grey but doesn't do anything. I try to clear cache but the only application (a system one) running that it's related with Bluetooth it's the Bluetooth MIDI Service. And also, all the info and sections are grey.
So, what can I do? Do I need to rollback?? (Everything else works fine. Or seems to...)
Could I only install a version of the Bluetooth. apk?? (if it exists)
Could I extract the APK's related with Bluetooth from the stock firmware that came with the phone and insert in this new compilation?? In this case, wich are the files related to the Bluetooth in Huawei P9??
Thankyou very much and sorry for the brick!
I have the same problem but with B354. Hoping there's a solution else I guess I just need to wait for the official update.

No one can help?
I was wondering if a downgrade is viable from Nougat.
Also I found that I cant boot un twrp recovery Mode. When I tried to (via power+volume up) or from SRKTool the device enter in erecovery mode from MIUI. And no option for reset or factory reset, just the setup wifi section to search a new package (that fails) and reboot and turn off options.
Some advice? Anything will be helpfull.
Thx

If u changed the oeminfo to C432 and the phone version is C432 in Settings - About phone u should only update with C432 firmware. What build do you have on your phone now? There is no Nougat realesed yet for C432 on P9+.

Now the phone only displays NRD90M test-keys (where it use to be L09C25B120). This happens just after install the VIE-L09C25B320CUSTC25D0001. It's supposed to be FULL, but I'm not really sure if the one that I locate has a single package or two. I read about this packages that came in two or even three different zips. But what I'm certainly sure it's that previously to install that package, I change the oeminfo to Europe (C432). How it's possible that the phone let me update??

Wich is that second update you reffer to? Because with Firmware Finder (PC version. The android one doesn't work with this android version) just found the one I mention before: VIE-L09C25B320CUSTC25D001. Which is the one that I install.
If I have to use FF pc to update i'm not sure how to do It. I must change the network configuration in both sides (PC and Phone)?
I was trying to get info about some C25 update with changes in Bluetooth and Keyboard but I found nothing. I'm not really sure what to search for or how to search it. Any tip?? Thanks in advance

When u download that version and u come to 100% then paus the upgrade ( u have 15 sec to paus so u have to pay atention to your phone all the time ) and choose to upgrade later. Then go in the root of the phone and find a folder called HwOUC and open, in that folder u should find another folder with 5 numbers and in that folder u should have 2 .zip files.

2. Once I extract the files, I finish installing, and the I flash both files again? In which order?

Hello.
Recently i've unlocked bootloader , installed twrp and make a full backup of all in twrp (except for data) , after this i've installed a custom ROM .
After testing i restore enterely the rom with my backup emui 5.0 pra-lx1c55b161 . The procedure went well except for 1 thing NFC panic .
With nfc panic i mean that nfc goes from on to off repeatedly without stopping and I can not do anything to stop it.
I tried resetting several times even by cleaning cache partitions, data and system, but nothing.
